This resort is quite old, but the overall environment is good. It's more of a resort-style hotel. It's also the only hotel in Pattaya that asked me for a 3000 THB deposit???

This hotel is super conveniently located, right outside Terminal 21. Whether you want a massage or to catch a unique show, everything is just a few hundred meters away. However, it can be quite noisy at night, so if you're a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider.

We love almost everything about this hotel especially the smiley staff! Breakast is great. The swimming pool was green when we arrived, they have been working on the filtering everyday. Excellent location.

This was our first hotel after landing in Thailand. It's right next to a hospital that's under construction, but it was completely quiet at night. However, there are plenty of bars and massage shops nearby, and the beach is just a short walk away. The hotel breakfast was also very good. For the National Day holiday, two nights cost less than 1,000, which is excellent value for money.

It's decent. Fairly clean (ignoring the dust I saw in the spotlight). It's close to the boardwalk, but don't get the wrong idea – none of the rooms have a sea view. So, getting a room on the 7th floor (out of eight) was good enough for me. Thanks.

The room was great, and there's a pool too! It's a 'live water' pool, meaning the water is constantly circulating, and almost nobody ever uses it, so it's super comfortable to swim in alone. The service was excellent, pretty much no complaints except they didn't provide toothpaste and toothbrushes. A 7-Eleven is just a 5-minute walk if you turn left when you exit.

Hotel was very good, friendly staff and excellent location. Pool table needs to be changed though as well as the fans in the pool area require some maintenance, because in humid days it is unbareable there. Very nice swimming pool and surrounding area.

One of the best hotels ever, best location, comfortable beds, spacious room and very helpful staff. 7Eleven is just a min walk away and it’s very convenient. They keep 2000 Thai Baht as a deposit so keep that in mind, however it was refunded upon checkout.

Hotel is conveniently located in close proximity to north pattaya bus terminal, and 10 mins walk to terminal 21 mall, the room is spacious & clean, breakfast offers lots of varieaty.  Staff is helpful, polite & friendly. I had a pleasant stay there.

Front desk receptions were not kind nor nice. They were bare minimum doing their work in service industry. Finally they helped us but in a not nice mood.

The room key is very inconvenient to carry, and the water flow in the bathroom and sink is very weak. Its only advantage is the price.

I booked two rooms, one on the third floor and one on the first. The hallway on the first floor was a bit dim during the day as the lights weren't on, but they were at night. The third floor was much brighter. Overall, it was decent. The staff were quite welcoming, but the rooms were a bit dated. There were marks on the windows; I'm not sure if they couldn't be cleaned off or if the glass was damaged

The hotel is about 2 kilometers from the beach, and you can take a songthaew to Terminal 21, where there's a night market. The hotel pool water is clean and open from 8 AM to 6 PM. Breakfast is decent.

The breakfast is almost cyclostyled. Most of the items were repeated. Rooms are ok but for housekeeping you have to remind again about missing items like towels or soap etc. They have placed so many items in the fridge which you can’t even check. Overall it is ok.

Rooms are quite needy for a renovation. Bathrooms are outside with no a/c and incomplete walls (you never poop alone!). Also, hot water in the shower is an unavailable yet desirable luxury. WiFi keeps turning off, the bar is expensive and not open for 24h (7/11 saves). Breakfast is very Thai.

The hotel is at a convenient location. more suitable for single male adult. Room is not very big but is sufficient. The room services are very normal and basic. It is considered quiet although it is in an area that does not sleep early. Don't hear the music and noises.

My friend has rented a large condo here for a month, the room is spacious and nicely furnished. He also gets daily housekeeping visits. But and it's a big but. There is little or no security in his building. The security guard leaves the barriers up all the time and doesn't challenge anybody. It's possible to walk across the campus and into my friends building, use the lifts and arrive at his door...

The price-quality ratio is good, but the hotel has aged badly because nothing has been changed since it opened. I have come here several times in 10 years. For me the gym is important when i choose hotel. And i can say that they are not focus on taking care of the place… There are simple little things that could be done. Like for example the curtains in the gym. The ones in front of the treadmills...

I originally booked a premium room, but was a bit disappointed to find it was a connecting room. The front desk upgraded me to a much better room. I had several interactions with them, and their service was excellent every time. I even got a towel elephant! The private beach's sand wasn't the best, but the fact that it was uncrowded made up for it. It's a shame I missed out on the cafe and happy hour

The hotel is very beautiful, private beach with bar/restaurant and many activities. Unfortunately they don’t provide shuttle to the city anymore, and difficult to walk to the wood temple. Have to call a taxi every time if you want to visit somewhere, but there are also shops and night market nearby, enough for people who want peace and quiet:)

This hotel has a great overall feel with a high level of privacy and a peaceful atmosphere—it never feels crowded. Once again another enjoyable stay here at the Manhattan, very good service from all, but especially Ying, her temperament makes her perfect for reception duties. Basic amenity available. The staff were nice. The room was fairly clean. The only problem was small roaches keep appearing everyday! My colleague in another room also said that the wardrobe in his room smells really bad, he had to keep it close all the time.

Hotel is old and has some odd architecture. The bathroom doors look like a locker room door. My towel had mold on it. They don’t even give you conditioner or body lotion. The hallways look like a prison. Some of the renovations in the bathroom were not painted/covered up from before. Overall the hotel felt odd in the rooms. The lobby and outdoor area is nice though.

Not a bad spot to be up on top of Pattaya, very cool ocean views from a higher vantage point. Lots of Russian tourists if you want to feel closer to home. The rooms were nice and decent for the price as well as the complimentary breakfast.

Be prepared for the fact that the hotel is home to a large number of Russian guests, and they are not always families. Quite often it’s loud groups drinking heavily, partying every other day until morning. The hotel staff shows no intention of addressing this issue. Requests to be moved to another room are simply brushed off with the standard response that there are no available rooms—end of discussion...
