The price is considered high given the location, but it might be because it was during a fireworks festival, which significantly increased the price. 99% of the customers were Indian.

Food was very tasty when we visited in August 2024. Specially the kheer. Ambience is too good. Only Asians people are spoiling the surroundings. Drinking water was not good. Kindly check the water before drinking.

The reality exceeded our expectations. The value for money is superb. The staff are polite and attentive, always ready to explain everything and help out. The rooms are clean, and the grounds are well-maintained

They constantly treat for insects. Breakfasts are good, with fresh fruit always available. The only downside is the location. It's a 30-minute walk along the beach to the nearest cafes. Walking by road isn't an option

You can also find 2 or 3 restaurants along the beach. Or take a taxi for a 5 mn ride to the closest city

The pool villa room type is excellent for families with children, offering superb privacy. The hotel grounds resemble a vast botanical garden, providing a fantastic environment

Room overall is good except the shower box that we cannot close the door. So it makes entire bathroom so wet. Pool and beach are good, big pool with guard for safety. Breakfast is the best , so variety and good taste

Great place to stay at Pattaya and the location is away from the hustle and bustle of the crowd yet not far from the tourist spots. The Beach opp hotel is icing on cake

Rooms were good, rest rooms were maintained above average, room service is a bit delay, swimming pool was excellent and well maintained. Only negative I find is lack of adequate staffs during night and late night

THE FACILITY ITSELF IS NOT 5 stars is 3 STARS. The pictures on Agoda look luxurious but real live is not. For $182 for 2 nights doesn’t check all the boxes to be a 5 star hotel. Agoda is stated express check in

2 lights in room could not be turned off and the refrigerator i had to unplug because it was so loud oh and not even a wine glass in the room. Positives clean room and good bathroom

this is the best pet-friendly and family trip i’ve ever been, this location full of big trees and breeze all day due to near the beach There’re some stray dogs at the parking lot but there’re not disturb in the living area Pretty quiet for family or couple, staff is pretty friendly

There are 4 swimming pools (including 2 smaller kid pools). It's right by the beach, with some shaded areas. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large semi-outdoor bathroom. I would gladly come back again

Despite the location being a bit far from the walking street and the beach, buggy car services were prompt and convenient. The car took us to fantastic restaurants nearby (the *****, the oxygen) promptly for free

The beach is clean, the room is beautiful, and the whole area is full of trees and greenery. Sunsets and sunrises here are just… wow. I felt so relaxed and recharged

There are so many perfect spots to sit, watch the sea, read, or simply take a nap, all surrounded by beautiful greenery and ample shade. The entire staff is wonderful, offering exceptional service and genuine smiles

I visited in November, and the weather was wonderfully nice and breezy. This is truly the best hotel for a relaxing and peaceful vacation. The view here is absolutely insane and incredibly photogenic

This is my second time staying here. I love the privacy and atmosphere so much, and their bath bombs are amazing – highly recommend trying them! The price is mid-range but acceptable

this hotel is located right at sea. I have an private beach I think which is quite rare at this price.

Room service prices are typical for a hotel, though the taste wasn't exceptionally good. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's alright. It would be even better with more variety

This resort is high around 30 meters abd far away 1km form the beach, so it was so hard for my old family members. One more thing is we could not swim on the beach

I had a great experience. This villa is clean and well maintained. Few household maintenance is required like bathroom door doesn't work, ac doesn't work in one room.

Quiet, private, clean, and friendly service. Beds and bedding are like new. The rooftop planter garden is cute and the pool area is well kept. 10 minute walk to the Short beach, 5 minute walk to the main road

Within 500 metres is a Thai cafe and a family mart 24 so no problems. Really close by short beach which is excellent,clean and mostly deserted. Wonderful peaceful break all round

Beach is 10 min walk and there are a couple of small Resturant’s in the area but not much to choose from. They provide a small fridge and noodles in the lobby. Nearest store is 15 min walk away including a 711

The room what we got was fantastic!! Everything what you need - 2 clean beds, tv, table+ 2 chairs, armchair, fridge, kettle, 2 bottles water, microwave, coffee saches, plate+bowl+cutlery, ac, strong wifi, very modern bathroom ( separate shower coner - so no wet floor), balcony and see view

Mature independent backpackers using the train. Google maps did not show the new pedestrian bridge over the main roads which makes this hotel very accessible when walking from the train station

Unbelievable it is located at Jomtien beach Pattaya. With warm villa and water flow it is great escape. Beach in 50meter always and good breakfast from The Glass restaurant where you can have dinner again

Love this hotel, very nice decorated room especially the open air bathroom. Every room can connect to the pool but the pool in front of my room is not so big. Very close to The glass house restaurant can walk there

We have a car which means that it is easier to get around, we really appreciated that there is park designated for the Journey customers

This is a coastal hotel, but the beach nearby is messy and inaccessible, so the only option is to relax by the pool

A relatively comfortable B&B hotel on Gran Island, with a private beach, where you can go fishing at low tide at night! The hotel also provides free pier pick-up and drop-off service, and free motorcycle use! Very good!
