Had multiple problems with the room, super loud old AC, balcony door not closing well, smelly room and the old lady at the lobby was rude

The hotel is good but the service is not good . please improve hotel services and amenities

The maid barged into my room to check me out, and when I went down to the receptionist, I told her I had a new reservation for the next day. She told me I had to change rooms and wait two hours to get into a new room. A very strange hotel.
