Overall, the hotel isn't bad, but the location isn't great. I also deducted points because they advertised a bathrobe, razor, and even slippers, but in reality, all they had was liquid soap and shampoo from a dispenser. The rooftop pool offers great views.

The room was very clean and had no smell. Overall, I was pleased with it. The price when booking with Trip.com was cheaper than at the counter.

⭐ Very Bad Experience – Never Stay Here!
This was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.
At check-in, the hotel staff forced me to sign an agreement listing every single item in the room, as if guests are criminals. On top of that, they took my PASSPORT as a security deposit. I have traveled many countries and stayed in many hotels, and this is the first time I’ve ever seen such behavior. Taking a guest’s passport is NOT normal and feels unsafe.
The room itself was also poorly managed. No toothbrush was provided, which is basic hotel courtesy. Even worse, one towel was slightly dirty by mistake, and instead of handling it professionally, the hotel charged me 250 THB for “cleaning.”
This is completely ridiculous. If towels are provided for guest use, then cleaning is the hotel’s responsibility. If guests are charged for cleaning towels, then why provide towels at all? This logic makes no sense and feels like a scam to take extra money from guests.
Overall, this hotel shows no respect for guests, no professionalism, and extremely poor service standards.
I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and your peace of mind—stay somewhere else.

The rooftop pool and quiet street are definite advantages. Housekeeping, water, and towels are all available upon request.
Be warned, you might encounter ants in your room if you're eating there. The soundproofing is very poor; you can hear your neighbors quite clearly.
Overall, the hotel feels outdated and a bit empty, and there's no fitness center.
The staff were friendly with us, but when we simply wanted to sit inside with an acquaintance to avoid mosquitoes, the receptionist demanded our friend's passport, which he didn't have with him. We just wanted to sit in the lobby, in plain sight, but she kept insisting on the passport, which was very strange.
We also saw other guests being fined 300 baht for getting makeup on a towel, which I found to be outrageous. So, keep that in mind when you leave your deposit.

I like this place very much. It's quiet and not chaotic. And most importantly, the rooms are very clean.

The room was nice and quite clean, with a balcony. There's a swimming pool upstairs, and the location is pretty good too, quite close to the pedestrian street. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic.............

This hotel was relatively satisfactory, very welcoming, set back from the road, and comfortable. It's quite a distance from the main attractions, about a 15-minute drive. There's a 7-Eleven about a 5-minute walk away, as well as a small market. There are also a few restaurants, massage places, and cafes not too far, but I didn't try them. You get coffee and water daily, and housekeeping is also available. On the negative side, the hotel is poorly insulated, and during my stay, many other guests weren't considerate about noise; quite the opposite, it was hard to get even 10 minutes of quiet. Housekeeping also made noise. The gym was inaccessible due to renovations. The rooftop pool is really nice but could use more attention in terms of maintenance (the floor, not the water). Overall, the hotel is nice and the reception staff are great, but it could use some improvements, especially regarding noise.
