The rooms here are quite cheap, perfect for tourists. The owner, an elderly lady, is very friendly, and the male staff member is very helpful. The rooms are clean, safe, and well-equipped with amenities. There are lockers for shoes downstairs before going up to the rooms. The building is a little hard to find as it's located in an alley, but the rooms are excellent. I will definitely stay here again next time. It's close to the beach and easily accessible on foot.🌊🌴#404 🩵
这里的房间价格很便宜，非常适合游客。老板是一位非常友善的老太太，男员工也很乐于助人。房间干净、安全，设施齐全。楼下有鞋柜，可以把鞋子寄存在鞋柜里，然后再上楼去房间。这栋楼位于一条小巷里，不太好找，但是房间真的很棒。下次我肯定还会住这里。它离海滩很近，步行即可到达。

The rooms are small, it's a family-run guesthouse, with only two or three rooms on each floor, nine rooms in total across four floors. A deposit of 500 yuan is required. Before entering, you must take off your shoes and leave them at the entrance on the first floor. There's a bar downstairs, which is quite noisy, staying open until 4 or 5 am.

Unreliable, cancels prepaid reservations without notifying the customer. Without any justification, upon check-in I was informed that my reservation had been cancelled!!! I had already paid with Tripp.com, which later refunded me, but I found myself without a hotel upon my arrival. By paying more, I managed to stay for 4 days. The property was in miserable condition: dirty, with cockroaches and other things...

Good value for money. The bed was comfortable, which was a nice bonus. The facilities were decent. It was a bit noisy at night, likely due to its location right by the road. Overall, I'm satisfied and would consider staying here again.

I hope I could make some hot water bug it seems like the kettle is not giving. The owner seems not interested in giving service. Overall, its okay if you just wanted to stay short term.

Place wants you to remove your shoe but the floor is very dirty. Even the room floor that we used feels a little sticky to the feet. Aircons are old. But the price is very affordable. Good location.

Nice and polite staff, but he did not wear a mask while brewing coffee. Even I was entering to the store he went to the coffee bar to take my order without having his mask on before performing the service. Noted that the staff needs to be concerned more situation awareness especially for the current Covid19 Pandemic Prevention for himself and others.

Moreover, I chose to pay via "คนละครึ่ง", but he told me that ถุงเงิน's phone of the shop is with another staff and that staff was not here. OMG!!! (Please, noted that you can log-in ถุงเงิน applications for your shop at maximum of "4" devices.)

For the coffee, it is Dark Roasted Coffee Bean which is good for mass taste of many people in normal.

Don't make a reservation for Airbnb. If you pay in cash, it'll be a little cheaper. The room is clean.Perfect security...

Excellent location off of bukao on soi 15 I think. The room was small but had good wifi mostly. I had to reset the router a few times. Cold aircon and hot water shower. Drinking water is available in the lobby. Beware that there is not an elevator and this place is not handicap accessible. So if your on the fourth floor... And after a long day at the bar it's quite a climb. Friendly staff. I'll probably stay again or one of the other guest houses on the street.

I checked in 2 days ago and it is sooo loud here..the walls are thin and the halls echo..nighttime no staff so people come and go all night..
I asked if i could check out and get partial refund from the 18,000 baht for room plus 8,500 deposit.
NOOO only can give you partial deposit back..
Thats 9,000 baht a night here.
Im stuck here for the next 29 days because i cant get my refund..
8 years i have been living 6 months a year here and my first bad experience is this fricken place...
SO UPSET WITH THE PEOPLE HERE.
