The hotel's location is great, very close to the beach, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. It would have been a fantastic experience, but the check-out process left a sour taste. Even before 11 AM, the power was cut in the room, practically kicking us out. Then, at check-out, the front desk insisted on deducting a 500 Thai Baht deposit, claiming a towel was stained. I offered to clean it myself if it was just dirty, or pay a reasonable compensation if it couldn't be cleaned. They then said the maid had already taken it for cleaning and demanded 500 Baht as a cleaning fee. It took 20 minutes of arguing before they finally returned my deposit. It feels like they're trying to nickel and dime Chinese tourists, assuming we're one-time visitors they can fleece.

Stay there for 1n, Doubt this is 4⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️hotel.. rooms are not 4 star quality but bed and pillow are comfortable

Labeling this hotel as a 5-star is a bit of a stretch; the only real highlight is the pool. Overall, I'd give it a maximum of 4 stars. I hope Ctrip will be more accurate with their star ratings in the future. The hotel lobby doesn't even have a proper entrance; you have to go through a small walkway off to the side.

Visited Pattaya with my mom over the weekend and this room was well over expectations.
The room was extremely spacious and the bathroom had most amenities (with the exception of toothbrush and toothpaste).
The hall had a minimalist decoration and the pool looked beautiful! Highly recommended.

I mean you really can't beat this place, beachfront rooms, has a restaurant with actually good food and a massage parlor built-in.
Everyone is super friendly and accommodating, no matter what they are there to help you with a smile.

I recently stopped by The Beachfront Resort with my partner for a morning meal and coffee, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The coffee definitely stood out – incredibly strong, possibly the strongest coffee in Pattaya! It gave us a good laugh and certainly woke us up for the day. The menu was also a nice surprise, with a decent range of vegetarian options, which I really appreciated. However, it was a little disappointing to see no choice of dairy-free milks, especially as more and more people are looking for alternatives like oat or soy. The setting was relaxed, the service was friendly, and the view made it a lovely place to start the day. With a couple of small improvements, it could easily become a top breakfast spot.

We had serious issues with both the air conditioning and Wi-Fi in the room. When we informed the receptionist, their reaction was rude and visibly irritated, with no sense of professionalism. The staff made us feel very uncomfortable — their attitude was actually frightening. It was so bad that we decided not to stay even a single night, despite having paid for two. The room was simply uninhabitable.
Also, the Wi-Fi on the 5th floor was completely unusable — no signal at all. We had to try connecting to other floors, but even then the signal was weak and unstable.
Very disappointed. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Missing items. Purchased 2 dress at floating market. Checked out and forgot them in dresser. Called them that evening and the receptionist said she would check with the cleaning staff. Got the call back and was told cleaning staff haven't seen it. I ask if they could check now, but she said room was occupied. Called back the next day and receptionist said no dresses to be found.
FYI, the dresses were cheap, my wife just liked them. If the staff is saying they haven't seen them, be careful of them not seeing any of your expensive items.
