The app confirms the reservation yet you dont get a room number nor instructions on how to checkin. Once you arrive, the property is non responsive and their phone contacts are offline.

Booking refunded my stay yet still an unnecessary headache.

I booked the property on Agodafor 3 days from 19 June to 21st but when I try to check in The host of property didn't responded nor the Security of the property didn't allowed to Sit inside the property. The property host provided the wrong Number which was not accessible. We spend money on travelling. After 1 hour communication with they provided alternative accommodation but of no use.
Total disappointed with booking of this property

We booked a room through booking.com. we stayed in room 1807 on the 18th floor. To start with, room was not ready for check in. When we finally checked in, we were taken to this room because the one we booked was still not ready. The room itself is a good size but the bed is disgusting. On one side of the bed when you laid on it, you could feel the base. On the other side, you could feel every spring. The lady tried to say it was a new mattress bought in December 2024. I would say it would be more than 10 years old. We'll passed it's used by date. She offered to move us to the original room but the bed in that room was not much better and the room itself was not as good. I've been travelling for 3 years and stayed in hundreds of accomodations and this was the worst bed I have ever slept in. By the time we left, we both had sore backs an necks. Cannot recommend this hotel if you get this type of room.
