Great hotel not expensive.
Very friendly and good security guy.
Clean.
Very central in 1 or 2 km around the hotel only bars.
Beach minute away.
Breakfast has many options including asian and European.

I stayed here for a 2-night holiday. The location is not far from the sea. On the first night, the air conditioner was dripping water, but it was quickly resolved by the staff. I received good service.

The room was muggy and smelt of sewer and tobacco. Basic bathroom with dirty shower curtain. Rooftop pool is also old. Breakfast was decent. Staff at the reception were very rude and not helpful at all.

Great hotel for being near the beach and the night life. Breakfast is very good with plenty of choices.

All the rooms here are smoking rooms. Repeat: all the rooms here are smoking rooms. Which means that any room you get will smell like stale smoke to some degree or another After a few days it will really start getting to you On the other hand, they have cool chairs and lighting fixtures There are also quite a few small roaches running around especially when I get back to the room late at night and turn on the lights

The room despite the hustle area is super quiet and clean, and the swimming pool was great and clean. Staff are really helping. The washroom was neat but small containing soap, shampoo and body wash. Stay is money saving as breakfast was good and had options for vegetarian and Halal food seekers. I would definitely consider this hotel on my list in future as well.

Good hotel in a Nightlife area. Nice rooms clean and spacious.
Pool on top is also nice, but unfortunately always very crowded.

Our room was on the third floor and we had the ocean view. The room was clean and the A/C worked great. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was the best that we had during our entire trip. The hotel is in the bar area and music can be heard during the night, but not enough to keep us awake.

In general rooms are clean and spacious, the rooms we received were very quiet but we had no view.
Some of the staff were respectful and some of them were rude and disrespectful especially " oraphan " she was very disrespectful even with this behaviour she was asking for tips from us.
All in all the hotel is nice just needs better staff

Only real issue we had was we were on the first floor beside the elevator.
Every time someone used it you could hear the bell on the elevator all hours of the night so quite a bit sleep-deprived.
Breakfast was ok not much to my liking eggs, toast, cup of tea, juice the rest was more like a dinner selection.
The location was great for us 3 minutes to the beach ⛱️
More suited to the singles as a lot of working girls came down for Breakfast, not my thing girls in their 20s blokes in their 60s

To be picked up from the airport they quoted 2500 baht
