The hotel itself is very nice—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The rooms are pleasant, and overall the stay was enjoyable. The facilities met expectations for a comfortable visit (although there's no microwave inside room but the kitchen stuff could help to microwave food at certain hours)

However, I was very disappointed with the hotel’s breakfast policy for travelers who need to check out early. Even though the hotel prepares boxed meals for guests leaving before breakfast hours, they strictly limit what you can take. Guests are not allowed to take additional items, even when the food is already prepared and ready to be given out. This felt unnecessarily rigid and unwelcoming, especially for travelers with early flights or long journeys ahead.

While the hotel itself is great, this policy left a negative impression and does not reflect the otherwise good service. A bit more flexibility and understanding toward early-departing guests would greatly improve the overall experience

This is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had—and I’ve stayed in over 500 hotels worldwide. The property looks and feels like a haunted house, with no life or hospitality anywhere.

Absolutely NO services provided.

The restaurant shuts down at 6 PM—can you imagine? Even in-house guests are left without dinner. No effort from the staff, no courtesy, nothing that resembles even the basics of hotel service.

If you value your money, comfort, or peace of mind, stay far away from this place. It’s a disgrace to the hospitality industry.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, and I've been to over 150 hotels worldwide. Don't be fooled by the nice infrastructure; this is a third-rate establishment.

The hotel staff obsessively looks for stains on towels, sheets, and even foot towels. They charged a cleaning fee for stains in almost half of our 70-person group, and the fees were not cheap, almost 500-600 TBH per room.. They will also charge fine for any key card lost for 300 TBH and what not..

The staff was also incredibly rude. The power went out for two hours one morning with no backup, and when we asked about it, the staff ignored us and gave us dirty looks.

Finally, the food is terrible for vegetarians. There were only a few limited options like bread and cornflakes.

Who give 4 star to this non star hotel? far from most happening places 🤣
