Originally booked for only a few nights. But due to circumstances, my stay was extended much longer. Rooms are roomy and there is a nice balcony with a table and two chairs.  House keeping was very accommodating.  Front desk staff could certainly be friendlier.  One morning I asked if they could refill my portable water bottle - No Problem.  The next day, different staff member, same request….breakfast...

I can recommend this place. It's location is extremely good. Just across the street of the busy boulevard. Only 30m or so. I love a nice pool and they have it. Food is also pretty good. The rooms are very basic, and the walls are paper thin... you can hear everything and everyone! It can be quite annoying...LOL!

The room is fairly spacious, furniture looked old. the walls are thin, so you can constantly hear footsteps when people walk by. Convenient location makes it easy to get around. The staff are cheerful and dedicated to their work. The price is good value for money compared to the hotel's location.

Clean, pleasant hotel. All staff are very friendly. Breakfast is basic but has everything you need. The air conditioning was clean! This is rare in hotels. It's about a 20-minute walk from Central Festival. The only downside is that the road noise is very loud.

The hotel's overall cleanliness was impressive; the room was spotless and the bedding pristine and dry. Everything was nice, especially the room. Breakfast is good. Staff should not hang mops and rags in the yard, that's ab bit repulsive. The old wall looks rather depressive. Add plants and flowers to make the environment more attractive.

Nice hotel and great value for money. A bit far out from bars restaurant and the beach. Beds and room great. Nice pool but does not get much sun. I would stay again if I was with a partner. Well worth the room price.

Rooms are great, nice staff and the price is also good. It is a little walk to a street with shops but only 10 minutes. The swimming pool doesn’t have a lot of sun over the day, but it’s good refreshment in the morning. Edit: if you lose your room key, you don’t get your deposit back of 500 baht.

Propably the best value for money hotel in central Pattaya. The room i clean, there are good certains and airconditioning. There is quiet and the staff is friendly. Food on alacarte in the restaurant is good too. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that there a few maintenanse of the room and the facilities, but everything is very functional.

The reception staff are some of the most welcoming and warm people, genuinely kind, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. The cleaning staff of Building B are also wonderful and positive-minded ladies, always greeting guests in a cheerful and friendly way. I booked it mainly because of its convenient location, but actually is was so noisy at night (all night long until 9 am) that I wouldn't be able to sleep without earplugs. The facilities were quite old and worn-out. I wouldn't recommend it

The location is excellent just a minute’s walk from the lively walking streets and close to Iranian, Turkish, and Pakistani restaurants. However, if you’re seeking a quiet environment, you might want to consider other options, as this area tends to be bustling.

Location is good if you want to go to Walking Street. Room was large but tatty. Electric shower wasn’t impressive.

This place definitely has its downsides. The room's soundproofing is terrible, and there's no coffee provided! It would be great if Trip.com could encourage Hotel March to at least offer some instant coffee. Pattaya is so hot, and you really need a pick-me-up after being out in the heat! Nice hotel at reasonable prices, very clean and large rooms, the only thing I would say is that the rooms are dark, bedsides lights would make the room brighter and enable you to read at night. Other than that it's in a perfect location and a nice hotel.

The hotel is in a quiet location with great service and good value for money. It's also very close to the Six Senses.

There are ants everywhere in the hotel. In the evening, you can’t open the balcony door, otherwise mosquitoes come in. Unfortunately, the staff is very poorly trained. Most of the reception employees are unfriendly and often in a bad mood. They don’t make much effort to provide guests with a pleasant stay. I don’t think I will stay at this hotel again.

Have stayed at Sutus Court 1. Pattaya Thailand many times and realy like it very much. Boknings-ID/Referens-ID 606497895 But this time Agoda scammed me, and charged me 3081 USD for my room (14 days). Non-refundable. The hotel cost only 390 USD on site. I was very disappointed So be careful if you use Agoda!!!

Price was abt 1000b a night in Nov (booked in Sep thru Agoda). Clean, quiet, spacious room (cleaned daily) with good WiFi and view of the pool. The bathroom was huge, water pressure was good and the hot water was hot. The aircon had a mind of its own, i set it on auto thinking it'll cool the room or switch off depending on the temperature. It did switch on and off, but according to it's own incomprehensible...

Fantastic location and it is cheap. The place is a little rough around the edges but for whatever it lacks, it makes up with for location. Has a pool, which is a definite plus, although getting a sunbed is hit and miss definitely get up a little early for the shaded areas. I will definitely being booking this one again

Fairly new modern accommodation with thick clean towels, large clean room, good bathroom and a big pool on the third floor, stayed for a week with breakfast every day that was a great kick start. It isn’t the most expensive but value for money.

We have been staying at Sleep With Me Hotel for the last 3 years. Good location and security, spacious rooms, great Housekeeping and staff, a nice pool and a terrific cafe.

Rooms and cleaning services are okay, location is a bit hidden. For a low price is acceptable.

Great place to stay when in Pattaya. The rooms are large, modern and clean. The pool is welcoming and the restaurant serves amazing food at low cost. The location is great for shopping and nightlife. I just wish the hotel had a gym. Cheers!

Great budget hotel in a convenient but quiet location. Lovely pool, our room was a good size and had been partially renovated in the bathroom. The sheets were very clean but old and the bed was extra firm. There is 4 floors and has an elevator. Friendly staff.

The location is not very convenient for transportation. Drivers always go the wrong way. The shower water is only hot and normal temperature. The indoor environment is not bad, but it is not worth the price. It would be OK if it is half the price.

The service was excellent. You just don’t know Chinese and need translation software. The neighborhood is lively. The overall equipment is not new. acceptable.

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. The facilities are very old, the bedding is mediocre, and there's a strange smell in the room.

A bit dirty, no slippers, and there were white marks on the pillows. The location was decent, and the staff were quite friendly.

Check-in and check-out were smooth. The free parking was very convenient for self-driving, and the breakfast was great. It's within walking distance to the T21 night market and mall, and not far from the Walking Street and the beach either.

The bed was genuinely huge, and it's really close to Terminal 21. The room and other facilities were just average, but considering the price, it was still great value for money.
