Overall I liked the place but cleaners a bit uppity and when I left after 4 nights they charged a little more , No worries- it's peanuts - it's a good place but the price stated when I checked in 1200bht a night 🫡

I have stayed here multiple in both the chitra villa building and the chitra suite building. The rooms are clean with both fans and a/c, and any problems you may face, if told to the staff will be sorted extremely quickly. Although not speaking too much english, the staff try and make you feel accommodated and at home. Would stay again.

Didn’t get what we paid for , only got single beds when paid for double

Disappointing I had a pool room with no access to the pool we had to jump in and clamber out the Wi-Fi reception was appalling. When we got there there was no record of our booking. They just gave us any old room until the owner spoke to us and they were in Bangkok so no one there to greet us two days later we got our allocated rooms.

The shower was very poor and the amount of water produced by the shower head was beyond praise. There are foreign objects in the swimming pool water.

In room services What could be improved that would make your stay Better. A hot water boiler in the room would be nice we farang love our cups of tea. I am not suggesting the hotel provides tea and coffee as those items are readily available from the 7 Eleven or Big C which are just down the road but, the hot water boiler and a couple of cups would be appreciated. Investment in better Internet connection...

Honey Boutique Hotel is one of the best hotel in it's class. Lobby Bar, Swimming Pool and restaurant facilities are available with the hotel. The hotel is quite nice and rooms are big in size. My overall stay experience was good except for two things : 1. On my 2nd day of stay, air conditioner was dripping with water and my room was completely wet and water was floating all around. Hotel room maintianess is poor, they could spend a little money to make it look nicer. Upside is that they are close all the biz area so you have easy access to walk to bars and restaurants. BTW, they seems sub-contracted their breakfast to someone else. The breakfast is free however food quality and choice sucks, and no service at all.

I've stayed here twice now. It' ok everything works. It's reasonably quiet and a great location. The staff can be a bit minimalistic with their service. TV is pretty much unwatchable and limited channel selection. I've heard the breakfast is not worth having (extra charge) but just 50 meters away is an expat go to called Captains bar.

Reception staff are very friendly and kind. Room is clean and well air conditioned. I stayed in a quiet room on the Soi Honey side. The restaurant for breakfast is Honey Inn hotel, the relative. After we got a ticket at the reception we moved there and ate breakfast. Also the swimming pool is on the rooftop of 247 Boutique Hotel.

Overall very good experience. Hotel accommodation and amenities also good . Preferably for batchelors accommodation.

I had a late check in, the night clerk was very friendly, got to the room and checked the bed thinking it was going to be fairly firm with little give, like most other hotels in Thailand... I fell into the softness of this bed, I was so comfortable.. defiantly going to stay here again.

It's nice and clean. Not too far but far enough to be quiet in the hotel from the parties. Located across from Royal Garden Plaza and has a proper massage establishment.

The room Was ok for 20 euros. Bed was really good and comfy. Stayed there one night, the room was clean and the staff friendly. Pool was not usable and not maintained and the common area pretty dirty.

Great place to stay if your on holidays.Close to everything and next door to shopping mall, baht buses go right past and minutes walk to beach road.

This is a big condominium right next to Central Festival Department Store, so location is the main advantage. Many units can be rent on a daily basis through agencies who setup shops on the basement (3rd fl). The building itself is quite old and the elevators are not in perfect condition. There are many security staffs and they are friendly. Rooms are not expensive and quite clean.

Great hotel with excellent amenities, including a coffee maker and fresh-ground coffee in the room! Everything was clean and cozy. The only thing that would make it totally perfect is a better separation (like a curtain) in the shower area. We would definitely stay again.

Big room, great location, clean at room, big bed, cheap price

The hotel itself is alright. You'll get tired of eating rice for breakfast. If you're booking, get a room without breakfast. You won't be able to fall asleep until after 2 AM and will wake up at 7 AM. Thais are very loud speakers.

Friendly staff, perfect location, decent amenities for the price

There are 5 floors with no lift. The room needs to be updated ( see photos ). Lots of noise until 2 o'clock in the morning as this is very close to the bar. If you arrive before 2:00pm you need to wait until 2 Pm or pay 200 BAHT even if there is room ready. I had to wait 35 minutes. No coffee included at the breakfast.

Good place right on the beach road. Pizza restaurant below with breakfast etc. Good friendly staff. Bit noisy with traffic and bar music but overall nice stay.

If you want a hotel away from all the bars its okay. Although enough possibilities for eating and drinking nearby hotel. For the price (December 2019: 900 baht) I think there are better options but big plus is the big swimming pool on top of the roof..Nice view. Room is reasonable, little balcony, clean. Run down guest house that smells like cat piss...the owner is an old man trying to keep on top of things ..it's ok if you are a single guy looking for a cheap room there was a hole in the second floor level covered up with a board and a home made plastic railing that you could easily break and fall over the edge...I wouldn't recommend this place if you have young kid's..

The room is spacious, comfortable, simple, and not too fussy. There are no complicated rules. The owner can easily take care of it himself.

Total of 4 people went, took 1 room for 1 night, ended up paying 200 baht per person. There were towels, bed, cooking utensil, refrigerator, microwave, water heater. (Water doesn't flow strong), sink, television, air conditioner, fan, table and chairs, there's also a pool, but there's not much cleanliness. We understand this. At this price it is considered very good.

Compared to the price, we went to stay with a family of 5 people and it was considered good value. Overall good, everything is overpriced. But the cleanliness in the room It's a bit dusty. The swimming pool can be played all night. Went to check in at 10:00 p.m. The caretaker is a foreigner. Maybe use translate But it's not difficult at all.

Overall ok, inexpensive price, went with the family, daughter really liked the bunk beds, but unfortunately didn't get to play in the water because the swimming pool is being renovated. Next time in Pattaya, will stay again.

Hotel is good. Number are nice and clean, but shower gels and shampoo is not always filled and several times I saw small lizards in my number.

Not a bad hotel, I agree with the previous review. Clean, maid service daily with change of linen and towels. Insects no. There is Wi Fi and in room safe. But the Breakfast in a box is something... Two sandwiches and a small juice. It is even for a snack is not suitable, not that for Breakfast.

We stayed here for 2 weeks Jan 16th to 31st 2026. Hotel was perfect location, quiet and very clean. Staff were knowledgeable, helpful and polite. The family-run hotel is well maintained and very clean. It is located in a quiet area in the northern part of Pattaya, but you can quickly get to the livelier Na Kluea Road and in a few minutes by pickup taxi to Beach Road or on foot to the local beach.
