The food options are really good, with a nice variety and great taste. Whether it was breakfast or other meals, everything was fresh and satisfying.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff go beyond their duties to make guests feel comfortable and taken care of. They are polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile — which makes a huge difference to the overall experience.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a relaxing stay after a long day out. Housekeeping does a great job, and the overall ambience feels welcoming and comfortable.
Highly recommended for couples, families, and anyone looking for a hassle-free stay in Pattaya. Would definitely choose Hotel Sunbeam again! 👍

I had a very pleasant stay at the Sunbeam Hotel in Pattaya. The location is excellent – right in the center, close to the beach, restaurants, shops, and nightlife, yet still relatively quiet inside the hotel.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with good air conditioning and daily housekeeping. The bed was comfortable and overall the room met expectations for a hotel in this category. The pool area is nice and relaxing, a good place to unwind during the day.

Staff were generally friendly and helpful, especially at reception. Check-in and check-out were smooth and professional.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that some areas feel a bit dated and could benefit from small upgrades, and service can be a bit inconsistent at peak times. Breakfast was decent, but not exceptional.

Overall, Sunbeam Hotel offers very good value for money and is a solid choice if you want a comfortable stay in a central Pattaya location. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The staff are extremely friendly and the location is really good. I go to the sunbeam once a year but I have noticed the guests getting louder and more distruptive over the last 2 years. The staff are always willing to help. Very humble people. I would recommend this hotel for its location and the rooms are very big. Besides some of the guests being rowdy it is a very nice place. Pool is a decent size and drinks can be purchased poolside. There are two breakfast areas in the hotel and I would recommend trying one of there fresh juices in the main lobby. Hope to see the staff again soon. ☀️🌴

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the hotel's stunning ambience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated.

The breakfast spread was amazing, with a great variety of options, including delicious Indian cuisine. And the room service? Top-notch! The staff were attentive and prompt, making sure all our needs were met.

But what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the entire team. The receptionist and staff were extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. A special shout-out to Akalak, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed - thank you for making our stay so memorable!

The hotel's facilities, including the swimming pool, were also a hit with me. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and great amenities.

It’s a very nice hotel with good size rooms. The staff is also helpful. Location is great as it is walking 5 mins from the beach and equal distance to the Central Pattaya Mall. All restaurants and convenient stores are very nearby.

Good place to nearby sea beach.. Access to all locations..

Buffet is superb..

Would recommend to go for.

Only con is help desk which will not allow you for an early check in even if it's an hour..

Please plan exact time to go and check in.. Or u will have to sit in couch..

I felt warm when I used the services at this hotel. The staff provided good service. The food was delicious and to my liking. The staff, Ms. Pongsiri Kangram, Food and Beverage Department, gave good advice. There was a promotion of Chang bucket beer and cocktails and recommended various dishes. I felt good to meet the staff who provided very good service and were very professional. They also gave me a cloth bag with the Sunbeam logo. I felt very impressed to use the services at this hotel and I hope to come back again.

Sunbeam Hotel Pattaya located in the centre of the so eight Road covered with all the major restaurant and hotels nearby. All options of foods available available available, veg non-veg large numbers of massage parlours available 11 seven is stored is located just below the hotel hundred metres away beach is available. You can enjoy the 24 seven accessibility of everything. It is very good and safe hotel to stay, a five star from my side
