Stayed at this hotel through our tour company Mnp holidays and I must say when we first got there I was a little bit skeptical, but that was overcome when we had our room, which is very nice cold AC nice bathroom Wi-Fi was a little choppy because I guess at the location of the room but it still worked. They provide breakfast in the morning traditional Indian style. The location is close to Walking St., Pattaya Beach overall in the safe area as I did not feel afraid and would recommend recommended as an economical place to go with a decent location and overall I would give it a four out of five.

Very disappointing and unethical experience.
One of my colleague doctors from an Indian hospital visited through this hotel and a travel agency from Nikol (M*P Holidays). Both the hotel owner and the travel agency cheated him by taking extra Thai Baht beyond the agreed charges.
This kind of cheap mentality and dishonest behavior is unacceptable, especially towards international guests and professionals. Because of this experience, I would strongly warn others to be very careful before booking through this hotel or M*P Holidays, Nikol.
Trust matters in hospitality and travel, and unfortunately this place failed completely.

Warning to tourists!
Our family had a terrible experience at Koenig Mansion, Pattaya. The hotel is completely different from what is shown online — the staff were rude, the rooms were unhygienic, and they tried to cheat us with extra hidden charges. When we questioned them, they became aggressive and refused to help.
This place feels unsafe and not tourist-friendly at all. I would strongly recommend not booking this hotel. There are many better and genuine options available in Pattaya.

Had a pleasant stay at this Hotel. The restaurant serves good quality food and the overall service was nice. Location is very convenient market shops and laundry are all near by. Would recommend for a comfortable stay.

Not bad hotel. Got arrested and robbed by police first night as they are very brutal near here and it was not nice to see police sitting in the lobby all night grunting when you walk past if you are white I'd 100% pick a different hotel as they do like us

A German Hotel in Pattaya with an excellent price/performance ratio! Very beautiful air-conditioned rooms, a large air conditioned restaurant, Lift, small swimming Pool, German food..........German-language feature films can be borrowed, scooters can be rented. The Hotel is particularly suitable for open-male Single tourists and tolerant couples. For families with children the Hotel is recommendable, in my opinion, less. Who takes guests over night, up to his room, does not have to pay the sometimes the usual fee.
