The towels were changed and were fine, not worn out. The pool is small, but clean. There's a small refrigerator in the closet. Cleaning is available upon request. If you don't put up a sign, they just leave water and towels by the door. I found that convenient. There are lots of paintings everywhere.
500 baht deposit
However, upon arrival, the receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of offering a solution, we were bluntly told that if we were unhappy, we could simply cancel the booking.
I immediately contacted Trip.com and explained the situation in detail. After reviewing my complaint, Trip.com coordinated with the hotel, and the hotel agreed to modify the booking and refund the second night.
Despite this agreement, after checkout the hotel refused to refund the amount for the second night for the second room, going back on what they had already approved. This felt extremely dishonest and unprofessional.
Regarding the property itself:
• The rooms are very old
• Bathrooms are outdated
• Beds are noisy
• Air conditioning is loud
• The mattress is extremely hard, which is unacceptable, especially for guests with medical issues
• Overall service is poor and unhelpful
This was an absolutely horrible experience. The behavior of the staff was rude, misleading, and completely lacking in basic hospitality. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.
I won't stay here again, too far, and in a dirty area.. But hotel itself was clean.
