Staff were polite.
Location great.
Looks like it's a very old property and not maintained for many years.
Water flow in shower head is so bad. You have to spend many hours under the shower head if you really want a good shower.
They have provided only a small instant geyser in washroom. It does not offer continuous and proper hot water.
Indian food options are all around this hotel. North Indian, South Indian, Gujarati all food restaurants are just outside this hotel. This is a big plus.
If you can afford a little more budget...then avoid this hotel.
