But the shower was great and always very hot and powerful. They have a nice little pool which was clean and tidy. I can't complain about anything. I would definitely stay here again when I'm in Pattaya

I had a room facing the pool at the back of the hotel. At the front you would be facing a school which is very noisy in the day time. All the staff were great, very friendly and helpful

Note the location before moaning about it. If you want some peace and quiet on a baht bus route 1 minute from the hotel with a 7 11 across the road this hotel is fantastic. For me this hotel was perfect for the price

This area is a lot more peaceful and out of the way of the madness. Loads of German restaurants and of course Thai restaurants. You can easily get around the city from this hotel just be aware of its location

Their laundry service is excellent and very cheap. The hotel itself is small and very quiet for June which again was perfect for me. The room was basic and the mattress was rock hard

PLEASE help if you can, if you have a big heart please look after the little skinny black cat I have uploaded pictures. I looked after this cat during my stay and was sad to leave it when I left

For the price it has everything you need, close to restraints, shops, bars, marts etc. Staff are friendly, helpful around the clock. Daily housekeeping, nice pool

A clean and tidy 3-star hotel, good for those with a limited budget, in a strategic location. The staff were friendly. There are many restaurants, cafes, bars and places to have fun. I recommend it and I will return.

Depending on which room you have you can sometimes hear music and noise from the bars at night but thats par for the course if you want to stay close to the action. Everything you need within walking distance

The building is new and beautiful. Services India from this office, convenience store distance, car from bike free and recommended. The pool is the Gym.

Overall the hotel is older, but has a classic look. The rooms are large with lots of storage space, small balcony, good bathroom. I felt like these rooms were old apartments

Location was great, it was about 20mins from the beach and 10minutes from the "center". There was a pool, but in the shade so it was kinda cold to swim. In front of the hotel there was a stray dog, who melted my heart🥺💛

I arrived at 3 am and had security take my luggage up to room. Pool is good size and nice cool, refreshing on those hot days. Only issue was once the shower water was hot, it stayed hot

Pattaya Sea Beach is hardly 5-7 minutes distance by car. Well equipped with day to day things. Sun light will enter into room

The location is not very convenient for transportation. Drivers always go the wrong way. The shower water is only hot and normal temperature. The indoor environment is not bad, but it is not worth the price

4 star might be pushing it a bit. No room safe which is essential for me. Very nice pool but the bulk of their clientele need a few lessons in etiquette. No chairs on the balcony.

Overall, it's pretty decent, especially if you're not used to 4-star luxury or higher. They cleaned our room every day. Even though the hotel isn't new, the rooms are spotless, though the furniture is a bit old

The mattresses are comfortable and the beds are large. We stayed on the 9th floor and had a great view of the city and the pool

even though the beach is a 15-20 minute walk away the location has its perks - there is a 24 hr foodland and 24 hr restaurant both just steps away which is super convenient

We recently had an enjoyable 3 nights stay at this hotel. Breakfast selection not big but was prepared deliciously. A 24-hour large Foodland store located just 100m from the property

The hotel does not have a beach view, as it is located 25 minutes walk from the sea. Cozy hotel with very little street noise and you only hear the occasional motorcycle without a muffler

All staff members were very friendly and greet you with a warm smile. Honorable mention to aunt Mod who was exceptionally helpful, speaks fluent english and interactively mingle with each guest

Fantastic staff, treat you as family. I love the swimming pool on level 8 top of hotel, towels provided too. Will open Pool early if you ask so can swim before breakfast!!! Stay here always when in this vicinity

They are always helpful if there is anything and you quickly notice that this is the culture among the staff as it applies from when you arrive at the reception on arrival until you are escorted to the taxi that you leave the hotel with on departure

The room was a little bit old fashioned, but clean and everything inside what you need, if you travel with small luggage. A very big balcony with a little sea view and a nice pool inside to relax

We visited last year 2023 in room 54. But if you could add a water park, children would play and be enjoyed. And if you added breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Thank you for keeping the room clean everytime

It's within fair walking distance to Pattaya Beach Road and other key spots, if you enjoy walking. Otherwise, Grab bike rides are usually around 40+ baht, so also a convenient option

Fabulous 5star hotel in Central Pattaya at the beach in between the 2 shopping malls. I had marked the style and the Cadillac already several times, but this was my first stay and it was a gigantic success

My Stay here was good for this price range. The room is 700 m away from the main road. So we had to walk all the way for TUK TUK. The room was spacious and had a balcony with road view

Great pool with balls and matress to play. French kitchen as well as thai. Affordable rooms and pretty quiet. Arent able to change dirty curtains, beside that good service staff.

Cleaning is done every day, Restaurant’s food is very good although a bit overpriced. Main thing I disliked was the loud 10 song playlist in the pool area that you can hear from your room until 10:30pm

Okay rooms for the price but staff is not friendly. The staff in the cashier is pretty good though. No condiments nothing in the fridge. They have a nice parrot and the pool is well maintained
