For the price, this hotel deserves 5 stars, you get what you pay for! The hotel owe a great debt to the staff, who are amazing, kind and extremely helpful

They were both attentive without being intrusive, making sure everything I needed was taken care of promptly. Their friendliness, professionalism, and efficiency truly elevated the entire dining experience

Very friendly staff, we would like to mention that the staff at the restaurant (at breakfast) was very pleasant, they are always polite, smiling and ready to prompt and help

The guys who man the lobby are funny, happy and always smiling! Even at 3am and its raining. Highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in Pattaya

Not so long ago, the whole family came on vacation. The rooms are certainly not VIP, but in general it is suitable for basic needs for its price

I had a wonderful experience at the breakfast buffet, and I want to especially appreciate Gift and Pook for their exceptional service

The rooftop pool is small but nice, and there is a solid gym room too, but I didn't have any time to workout. The breakfast is solid, and there is an omelette bar at the outside patio area by the breakfast lounge

Once I got over that issue though, everything else was great. The location is right by popular party areas and an easy walk to the beach and Walking Street (not that you need to go there more than once)

This hotel in Pattaya offers excellent value for money, and the rooms are quite nice. However, a couple of things weren't ideal. The hairdryer was quite weak, and I also found a gecko in my room

The location is great, and the front desk staff were really friendly, helping me register for Wi-Fi. All the staff I encountered were welcoming with a smile

I caught it and called the front desk, and a staff member came to take it away. Other than those minor issues, everything else was good

Even though it's a Holiday Inn Express, it's an international chain, so the standards are consistent and it exceeded my expectations

Currently staying here on my latest visit. Have been coming here for many years with my Thai partner. Lovely old hotel with clean, recently renovated rooms and great staff who have been here forever

Do not leave the balcony open, mosquitoes will immediately fly in. And if you plan to sit on the balcony in the evening, use mosquito repellent, the bites are not noticeable, in the morning everything is covered in bites

Room was okay however it smelled of toilet Oder. Some of the front desk staff were rude . They only served a breakfast buffet which was lacking in taste and was cold

The rooms are a good size and well equipped - the bed is firm but not hard so happy with that also. The swimming pool is large but the beds are taken quickly by the towel reservists that we all know about

I removed 4 towels and kidnapped the chairs for my party and nobody ever came to use the beds ! No surprise really !! The pool bar is limited in stock - What other bar in Thailand has no Leo 🤣😅🤣 Anyway I would recommend staying here 👌 Note: we did not book breakfast as there was so much choice around so we decided to go out at our own pace and get breakfast out

The hotel had excellent customer service and a very good swimming pool where you could actually swim for exercise. The rooms were clean and thoroughly cleaned every day

By the time we arrive from breakfast to swim , they are no spots available. The best part of this hotel resort is the buffet breakfast. Excellent choices & selection is always fresh & well prepared

Rooms were good but didn't like the transparent window of the bathroom looking in to the bed room. But other then that it had the best breakfast buffet, amazing pool and a good back entrance/exit to the beach front

Very helpful staff that gave us possibility for late check out that we really needed. Beds are huge and very comfortable. Very well located with direct access to the beach and direct access to a small shopping mall

The location is convenient, right next to Beach Road. The room was clean, and the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so the newly renovated rooms will probably be even better! The staff were polite and helpful

The newly renovated rooms are absolutely fantastic, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We barely saw any other Chinese guests during our stay; it seems to be a popular choice among foreigners.

After two nights, I decided to try the more premium rooms on the 9th and 10th floors and I have to say that the free lounge and more equipment there were not worth the 30% higher price! What I enjoyed the most in this hotel was the swimming pool and the live music on Saturdays

I recently stayed at the Welcome World Beach Resort & Spa in Jomtien Beach, Pattaya, and I'd definitely recommend it. The hotel is located on Jomtien Beach, just across a small street from the ocean

The hotel's location is great, very close to the beach, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. It would have been a fantastic experience, but the check-out process left a sour taste

Labeling this hotel as a 5-star is a bit of a stretch; the only real highlight is the pool. Overall, I'd give it a maximum of 4 stars. I hope Ctrip will be more accurate with their star ratings in the future
