I've been at the hotel for a week now in room 204. Very modern and kept so clean by a great team. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is fantastic and also clean

You really couldn't get a more central location. Tree Town just a few minutes walk and the rest of Soi Baukouw really a bus ride. the staff are very welcoming from the moment you walk through the door

There are so many perfect spots to sit, watch the sea, read, or simply take a nap, all surrounded by beautiful greenery and ample shade. The entire staff is wonderful, offering exceptional service and genuine smiles

Originally booked for only a few nights. But due to circumstances, my stay was extended much longer. Rooms are roomy and there is a nice balcony with a table and two chairs.   House keeping was very accommodating

There's a round pool and a small, seemingly well equipped gym. Small restaurant and reception area. 711 literally 100m away and is well stocked. I'd definitely stay here again!

Set back about 20 minutes walk from the beach, but this is reflected in the large room sizes and of course the price. Seperste bedroom, lounge, kitchen and bathroom

Within 2 min walk of Beach Road, 20min walking distance of Bali Hua ferry, past the dingy Walking Street. Recommend for single travellers on a short budget stay. Not for families or longer stays

A bit old hotel but everything is clean, room is clean, swimming pool is clean, aircon is cold, staff are nice, location is good, walking distance to the Pattaya beach (100-200m). A lot of street food fairs nearby

Staffs at the reception were very helpful. They managed to change my room twice. 1st because of noisy music coming from the club at night, 2nd because the other room they gave me had a noisy aircon

Confusing place it has a hotel accommodation and permanent accommodation. Big pool friendly surroundings. Caution ⚠️ there are few freelancers woman /ladyboys Live here and are working out of there rooms

The beach is not much of an attraction, it is a secluded beach with less shops around the corner. The swimming pool was the best part and it has sitting areas, slides, different kinds of fountains
