Comfortable room in a great location for food, bars and convenience stores. Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. The bed was good. And there is a small balcony. The front desk staff was very nice. The housekeeping staff brought us bottled waters. We had the do not disturb sign out so they left the waters in a bag and hung it from the outer doorknob. That's service. Good value even during Songkran. Would stay here again.

I paid for a city view and this is what I got.

Room are not as advertised. You can see the room is advertised as a city view, but when you get there, they give you a room with a terrible wall view, and then tell you there are no more rooms free, yet plenty of pool room views available, but won't give that to you.

Quite sad as it traps you into a bad room you may not have booked if the listing was honest and could really spoil someone's trip.

Really bad attitude from the front desk too. Aggressive from the start knowing it is a scam. Keeps says "we are fully booked" which is simply not true. Not sure what this guys problem is but seems really focused on renting a terrible room to someone rather than offering good customer service.

Room is really so basic, bed is chicken wire, no kettle for coffee or tea, TV's are so old they are probably never used. Quite a depressing experience. Also the hotel is on the middle of Soi 7, can't walk up or down the street without walking past so many girl bars, not my thing. Better spend your money elsewhere.

Head maid was nice and friendly.

Eastiny Seven on Soi 7 is conveniently located near the beach and has a very good nightlife. If you're a light sleeper, be aware that loud music from nearby bars can disturb your sleep. However, the hotel’s proximity to the beach, soi 6, Walking Street, and Terminal 21 (you will have to take a shared tuk-tuk for Walking Street and Terminal 21) makes it a great spot for those who enjoy party life. It’s an ideal choice for party-goers and nightlife enthusiasts. The hotel is close to Pattaya Beach (2 min walk), with many restaurants around. The roof top swimming pool is good. The rooms are big but the amenities are basic and lights are very dim. Many rooms still have old box-style TVs. There is a small fridge in the room. Overall, it's a good value for money. It's also near Ripley's Believe It or Not and Hard Rock Cafe. The reception staff is helpful but not so friendly (probably because their English skills are limited, which affects communication). I was able to check into my room a little earlier than expected, after several requests.

If you need a budget hotel for sleeping or resting purposes only that is nearby to the beach and across the street from the bar, this is the one for you. Otherwise, keep your expectations low and you’ll be fine. Not saying it’s a bad one, but it could be improved. The room interior reminds me of a classic 80’s hotel. Not my kind of vibe but it may suit others well. On the pros side, the room and the pool, despite its old age, is sufficiently clean.

Let me start with the best thing about the hotel/room, the location is great. Litteraly in the centre which is great and very convenient. However this also means that if you feel like going to bed early you won’t be able to, because the doors are hardly soundproof. Also if you’re a young fit guy that’s not looking for anything, walking along the night bars can be funny or weird, but that’s for the entirety of the city.
