Hotels with pool on first line in Pattaya

The swimming pool is practically unusable because of the foul sewage smell coming from the treatment plant next door. It’s embarrassing to even call it a relaxation area

The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location close to Pattaya Beach, the pier for Coral Island, and the Pattaya hill sign

We arrived early to the venue, they did not allow us an early check-in which is expected, but the room was not ready even after we returned after roaming a while to meet the actual check-in time allowed by the hotel

There was no apology from the hotel but a shout from the room cleaning servant trying to convey that the room is not yet ready when we tried to open the room with access card provided by the hotel receptionist

A refundable deposit of 2,000 Baht is required at check-in, which was not mentioned on any booking platform. Even though it’s refundable, the lack of prior information feels misleading

The breakfast buffet was average, but the service was lazy and careless. Tables were left dirty for long periods, and no one seemed bothered to maintain basic standards

Such an amazing hotel, rooms are really spacious, pools are amazing, its a bit far out from anywhere but really nice and quiet and staff were very friendly and helpful.

It felt great when we arrived and checked in. The room and the pool were clean, and they gave us a special price

Perfect for a relaxing and quiet stay

The hotel is conveniently located 1 km from the bus station. However, it's a bit far from the beach, requiring a 15-minute car ride. The cleanliness is excellent, and there are many snack shops nearby.

Pros: Accommodating staff; Clean interiors; Suitable pool size for fun picture takings; Spacious rooms; Decent American-style breakfast buffet

Cons: A bit distant from beach front; No shuttle bus service that will bring you to the beach front (but on their online hotel booking app description is they have; probably not available due to COVID restrictions

Very nice decor, modern, clean, quiet. Next to main road. Next to Family mart. Great reception and bell boy. Reasonable price. Hair dryer, Toothbrush, Shower, Shampoo, Swim towels.

The price is reasonable, and the location is decent. There are good restaurants nearby, and it's easy to get around with Bolt.

I stayed here every time I visited my friend. The Villa rooms are close to the sea, very nice view at both sunset & sunrise. Its swimming pool is beautiful

Nice hotel. Luckily we had an upgrade to the newer room near the pool. The room is nice with a small balcony. The breakfast was ok but the pool was really great.

The pool is an average one with gym beside, the breakfast was average, perfect for families, just beside the beach, also everything was real good I felt, except they are a little short of stuff

My go too place for the last 15yrs. Great pool on the 5th floor away from the hustle and bustle of beach road and plenty of options for eating around the area

There was a pool but we couldn’t use it due to our tight schedule. It’s near the beach so good for people who want to spent time at beach

I’d press on the button to turn light off; without anyone touching it it would turn on in the middle of the night and flicker. It was really annoying that I decided to just pull the card out and sleep without AC

Easy walking distance to most points of interest on that end of town. Balcony rooms are great with views of the water and pool. The pool is awesome 3 meters in the deep end

Great location! It's right across the street from Terminal 11, and a short walk to the beach if you turn right out of the hotel. There are songthaews (shared taxis) available right outside to take you along Beach Road

Pros: location is great just over the road from terminal and a quick walk to the beach. Cons: breakfast very mediocre

The accommodation is good! We had the Room Deluxe with whirlwind pool in our balcony. It was nice to chill in there peaceful. The breakfast buffet was good

It's about 3 km from the Sanctuary of Truth, and you can get there by songthaew. Various shows are also within walking distance. The price is cheap, and breakfast meets basic needs

Staff nice. Be patient if they don’t understand English. Location will always be it’s advantage. Amenities not great. Optimal place for one night or two if you plan to stay out of the hotel for 80% of the day.

The room layout was a bit unusual, with the kitchen right as you walk in, followed by the bedroom. The cleanliness was just okay; I had to wipe down the sink and table again myself as they were quite dirty

It's definitely not a five star hotel with a flashy lobby, but it is very close to the beach and all walking streets, wich make it noisy at night. Overall I liked the room with slightly old-fashioned furniture

Great location! It's just 50 meters from a pedestrian street and a 7-Eleven, and very close to Pattaya Beach and the pier for Koh Larn

When I asked about buses back to Bangkok, the front desk was very earnest and responsible. Turns out, their information wasn't as accurate as what I found on Xiaohongshu, but their attitude was impeccable

I stayed one night here. This hotel doesn't have elevators. But everything was good. Deposit is so high. 4000 baht. But anyway, this hotel is quite good if you,want to stay near Walking Street.

A very comfortable hotel with an attentive front desk. The room was a bit cramped -- should have had one double bed instead of two single beds. Breakfast was good, but certainly not outstanding

Room is nice and cool. Small though but good with budget travellers. Service is not good though. Their free breakfast starts at 8:30am. Location is close to beach and Mcdonalds is near also.

It is highly recommended to book a pool view room only; otherwise, the noise and dust will be an issue. – The soundproofing is poor, so you can hear quite a bit from the hallways and neighboring rooms

Budget hotel. Upon check-in, we found the pool out of order. Cleaning is optional, and they didn't change the sheets, just mopped the floor. Pros: quiet and across from a 7-11.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Phenomenal stay at Leela Resort & Spa, Pattaya! I recently visited Thailand on my bachelor’s trip and stayed for 2 nights at Leela Resort & Spa, Pattaya—and it was absolutely phenomenal

The property is very large, but they provide battery-operated vehicles that conveniently take you from your building to the reception, pool, or other areas—very thoughtful and well managed

There’s also a beautiful lake, a swimming pool, and even a small temple within the campus, which adds to the peaceful atmosphere

Beautiful garden, large balcony, squirrels, turtles in the lakes, peacocks, roosters, lots of beautiful butterflies, lots of chirping birds, 7 eleven right on the corner, very clean rooms, very helpful cleaning ladies, guarded 24 hours

Location-wise, it’s also very convenient—there’s a 7-Eleven right outside the resort, along with Korean cafés and karaoke spots on the same street. Overall, an excellent stay with great value for money

Good clean near walking street

Food was very tasty when we visited in August 2024. Specially the kheer. Ambience is too good. Only Asians people are spoiling the surroundings. Drinking water was not good. Kindly check the water before drinking.

We loved the rooms, swimming pool and all the amminities provided by Mind Resort. Ranveer Singh was very helpful and served whatever breakfast we want. I highly recommend this place if you are going to Pattaya

Very close to the beach. Both the service and the ambiance were excellent.

Wet close to beach and nice tiki bar right next-door. 

Also, it is relatively larger than most other rooms in the area. The pool is on the rooftop without building surroundings, and that's another reason I chose the place. TV is relatively old, and it has no HDMI

Brilliant hotel brilliant services just one of the clearers very small and very old always asked for money and for small dirt on towels she always charged money but had to give her the money i think she was just doing this to make extra money, other than that everyone was excellent service

Mattresses are hard, lights are multiple, but dim and insufficient, especially in the bathroom, and the showers are challenging because of water pouring all over the floor, making it very tricky to step out, not recommended for older folks
