- staying at Block B, enjoying a good view of the pool - enjoy waiting our friends at the lobby, nice environment and temperature - appreciate the big smiles from the front desk and breakfast room - great variety and good quality of the breakfast - good lightning at the room and washroom - no shower facilities by the pool (guests have to go back) - close to Terminal 21 and other restaurants

Check in was a little fraught as my booking name didn’t match my ID, because I didn’t use my middle names in the booking. It took them about 10 minutes to accept I was who I was. However everything else was good

great interior design and swim pool. the location is very convenient to Terminal 21 and the beach. highly recommend for the family trip 

I lost my phone on the road... luckily the staff help me to retrieve the phone by contacting the person who found the my phone... I am very greatful and lucky to meet them

It’s a good location. Right near the beach. I’ve stayed here before and it’s also been alright.

This is not a luxury hotel, but location, staff, and price are competitive (same price as i went there first time 2009). Special thanks to the staff for how they treat kids

there is also a pool with clean water, but pool tiles need to be fixed

My "come to hotel " whenever I visit Pattaya. The staff always always friendly and welcoming and nothing is too difficult for them. Also, a huge shoutout to Poppy for helping me arranging cooking utensils

This Hotel is decorated in a old opulate style which looks great Set back off 3 rd is a small taxi too the beach or a good 20 min walk I Recommend AAA+++

The food is great and breakfest well provided for, tbe staff very nice and happy, I like that in the land off smiles

Set back about 20 minutes walk from the beach, but this is reflected in the large room sizes and of course the price. Seperste bedroom, lounge, kitchen and bathroom

All rooms very clean, I would have given 5 stars but it's a little dated. Location means it's quiet too. Kitchen has fridge freezer, electric hib, microwave and a kettle. Large Bathroom has large shower, sink and toilet

The building is old and some facilities are really outdated. Cleanliness is so so

z decoration is also good. The rooms are very big, bathroom also very clean. On the roof there is a swimming pool. Is the traffic a little less convenient.

Roof top pool was the best feature of this hotel.

The female staff member was incredibly friendly and even helped me book a car back to Bangkok. The only minor issue in my room was a slightly clogged sink, but the shower pressure was fantastic – truly satisfying

The room was spacious and clean, and I could even see Pattaya Beach from my window! Plus, they have triple rooms which is great for groups of three

The accommodation is clean and convenient to travel. Across the road is the beach.

Location location location, close to everything. Only downsize is the room size. Rooms are small but the view alone makes up for it. Walking distance to walking street and all top attractions.

My stay at Serenotel was remarkably beautiful! I would love to book here again next time. Facing the Pattaya beach, close to Central Beach Mall and accessible.

The staff were lovely and the location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach. However, the room was extremely small.

Pool was nice, loungers nice but area could have been cleaner. Well used, staff appearance could have encouraged drink purchases.   Downsides- new build going up in entrance side. Piledriving or excavating all day

Good hotel with Parking. Nice staff. Very nice breakfast. Didn’t have the time to try the swimming pool. I stayed just 1 night but this is a service apartment, easy to rent for 1 month I guess

i spent one week here its a quiet place and the beds were very very comfortable everything was good the only downside was the low water pressure in the bathroom i want to make a second update

ive stayed in many places in pattaya around this price range but this one feels like home ive been here for over a month. the staff are very helpful this place really makes me feel at home

Within 2 min walk of Beach Road, 20min walking distance of Bali Hua ferry, past the dingy Walking Street. Recommend for single travellers on a short budget stay. Not for families or longer stays

Bathrooms are positively tiny! The tv gives you a static filled selection of channels, mostly Russian dubbed. The breakfast buffet is basic - fresh fruits and coffee is the highlight for me

Room overall is good except the shower box that we cannot close the door. So it makes entire bathroom so wet. Pool and beach are good, big pool with guard for safety. Breakfast is the best , so variety and good taste

Rooms were good, rest rooms were maintained above average, room service is a bit delay, swimming pool was excellent and well maintained. Only negative I find is lack of adequate staffs during night and late night

THE FACILITY ITSELF IS NOT 5 stars is 3 STARS. The pictures on Agoda look luxurious but real live is not. For $182 for 2 nights doesn’t check all the boxes to be a 5 star hotel. Agoda is stated express check in

The hotel has many good reviews, and my experience matched them. Everything was fine and comfortable.

For me, this is a wonderful place. It’s located near Pattaya Beach, surrounded by a variety of food choices and many tourist attractions. The service and accommodation are also very good.

The hotel is in a great location, but because of this it can be very loud at night until about 1:30 or 2:00. It is kind of a quirky style, the bathrooms are “different” but functional

We lived this place and will definitely stay there again. The area is about 15 mins from the embankment, pretty chilled. Very good service, great facilities. The breakfast has everything what’s needed

The Hotel is relatively newly refurbished and it's clean with good location. Booking grab is good since most Drivers are familiar with the Hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable with size

The breakfast spread and crew is what stands out for us. Enough variety of food and taste good. Good thing there is Bacon offered, so definitely will consider to book again when we return to Pattaya

I booked a windowless room, but they gave me one with a window, which I really appreciated! The location is a bit far from the beach and popular attractions, but the accommodation itself is super clean and lovely

The only issue we encountered is during check in, we were asked to wait for quite some time as cleaning is still in progress and that's past 3pm already

Breakfast is basic but has everything you need. The air conditioning was clean! This is rare in hotels. It's about a 20-minute walk from Central Festival. The only downside is that the road noise is very loud

But for a single solo traveller I didn't feel comfortable using the small swimming pool or any of the amenities because of the amount of children. On the plus side the room was big and the cleaner was excellent

They also have a swimming pool. Prices were also pocket friendly. Staff was very co-operatives and helpful

Everything was nice, especially the room. Staff should not hang mops and rags in the yard, that's ab bit repulsive. The old wall looks rather depressive. Add plants and flowers to make the environment more attractive

Another review mentioned it's a 10 min walk to the beach, that's not true It's 5 tops! I tend to stay in the smaller rooms as often great deals, but had one of the huge suites last year and it was breathtaking

On my last stay I had a rear facing room where another huge hotel is being built behind it, so be aware of some possible noise

Its an awesome property with all the amenities that one may need to make their stay and holiday memorable. They have got swimming pool, a terrace sitting with swings, a children area and a gym as well

We were generally the ONLY people in the pool for most of our 4 night stop in late April Thw pool bar was open every day and Pylinn (not sure if I've spelt that correctly) was a great host and very helpful

We had food a couple of times at this pool bar and it was excellent! Beer was a good price for a hotel (buy 3 get one free = 100bht a beer) The rooms were spacious and fully A/C with a seating area and full bathroom

Staffs at the reception were very helpful. They managed to change my room twice. 1st because of noisy music coming from the club at night, 2nd because the other room they gave me had a noisy aircon

The location is excellent just a minute’s walk from the lively walking streets and close to Iranian, Turkish, and Pakistani restaurants

However, if you’re seeking a quiet environment, you might want to consider other options, as this area tends to be bustling

Location is good if you want to go to Walking Street. Room was large but tatty. Electric shower wasn’t impressive.

The swimming pool is enough for myself as other customers from mostly europe, USA, Canada, Australia had sun tan browner at 36 degrees centigrate weather with high humidity

Sandy spring hotel has great location in close proximity to McDonald's, Starbucks, Thai Chinese meals, Subway, Sizzlers open Buffet free of charge , wide variety salad Buffet and fruits

Four of us stayed in two rooms. The building is old, but the rooms have been renovated and are beautiful. The value for money, location, and friendly staff made for a pleasant stay.

There were hundreds of boats with powerfull engines, so it was difficult to swim in the andaman sea with trust. There had been no breakfast, lunch or dinner at the hotel

Stayed at Sandy Spring Hotel at the start and end of a months travelling Staff were really helpful and friendly, the room clean and tidy with a balcony with a sea view.

Clean standard room with bathtub. Got swimming pool. A bit away from main road but not deserted.

On the bad side, the hotel could use some new bedding and towels. The sheets had multiple stains and looked very old and worn, the towels too. The bathtub had what looked like a rust stain

Swimming pool is open till 8 in the evening and we only had to keep a deposit of 200 bhats for the key-card. Receptionsit lady was warming and lot of parking space available as well

They don't have any hand towels. Overall, I think it's fine for the price, especially if you want to be near the bus station just don't expect anything too nice

Easy walking distance to most points of interest on that end of town. Balcony rooms are great with views of the water and pool. The pool is awesome 3 meters in the deep end
