Everything was good about the stay. No reason to complain. Overall, our client had a good experience.

The pool is an average one with gym beside, the breakfast was average, perfect for families, just beside the beach, also everything was real good I felt, except they are a little short of stuff

This place definitely has its downsides. The room's soundproofing is terrible, and there's no coffee provided! It would be great if Trip. com could encourage Hotel March to at least offer some instant coffee

Nice hotel at reasonable prices, very clean and large rooms, the only thing I would say is that the rooms are dark, bedsides lights would make the room brighter and enable you to read at night

The location is good, and the room is spacious and well-equipped. The room's orientation is quiet, but you might make eye contact with people in the opposite room, so just be mindful of that

Pattaya is so hot, and you really need a pick-me-up after being out in the heat! Also, a reminder about sunscreen would be very important

The hotel is in a quiet location with great service and good value for money. It's also very close to the Six Senses.

Normal hotel for spend few nights. The room was bit old but with everything you need for a basic overnight stay. The location was convenient for getting around the city.

The Hotel was quiet and a location that required a taxi. But I wanted a place out of the downtown. Building does require a lot of maintanace.

The accommodation is quiet and private, but the air conditioner is a bit loud. But it's okay, or is it a good place for one person?

The pool is pretty clean, but not up to my standards as I am pretty aware of water cleanliness. But it wasn't as dirty as some places I have been. I still went swimming every day

Our family had a great experience here. Warm welcoming and helpful staff, the rooms were comfortable and homely and it had great air conditioning. We loved staying in the traditional Thai rooms

Hotel is clean and in a good location. Only concern was the balcony which was basically non-functional. There is no furniture in the balcony and it looks into the corridor of an adjacent building

I come to Pattaya quite often and have stayed in a few hotels. The Amethyst has been by far the best, clean, quiet, great staff and great location. Totally recommend to anyone to stay here

Good for quality for what it is when you want a nice, buget conscious room off the main strip. The room and staff were all nice and zinwould come and stay again.

The staff are pleasant and helpful, in particular Benz in the restaurant with a smile to brighten any morning and makes great coffee!

Amethyst is a lovely modern hotel in a great location for shops, bars, restaurants and only 15 minute walk to the beach

The hotel's biggest letdown is the neglected state of the mats around the pool. It's a real eyesore, which is a shame because the pool area itself is tidy

The room was clean and comfortable, and everything worked well. The staff name Prae Namthip Praew Bright were very kind and helpful, which made the stay even better. The location is good and convenient

The rooms are spotless, have a pleasant fresh scent, and I especially liked the private entrances with access from both sides — to the pool area and to the back garden

The decking around the pool is old, so definitely wear shoes. The room itself is a bit dated, and the floor-standing air conditioner is very loud. The linens aren't new, but they are clean

The TV and air conditioning are outdated, the lighting is very poor, and the electrical system as a whole is problematic. Charging your phone is quite a challenge, as the outlets don't hold the adapter plug securely

The staff are exceptionally kind and always helpful, which making the stay even more enjoyable(stayed for two weeks, now took more for two weeks-worth it)! While the environment may not be brand new or ultra-modern, everything is very well maintained

There's no safe in the room; it's located at the reception. The staff are friendly, and cleaning is done daily. On top of that, there's also a 500 baht deposit

Confusing place it has a hotel accommodation and permanent accommodation. Big pool friendly surroundings. Caution ⚠️ there are few freelancers woman /ladyboys Live here and are working out of there rooms

The beach is not much of an attraction, it is a secluded beach with less shops around the corner. The swimming pool was the best part and it has sitting areas, slides, different kinds of fountains

Great place to stay when in Pattaya. The rooms are large, modern and clean. The pool is welcoming and the restaurant serves amazing food at low cost. The location is great for shopping and nightlife

I had a Fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff are excellent. It is close to bars, restaurants and the beach is a short walk but also far enough from the main area that it is quiet. I will definitely stay here again

Good room size, clean and comfort. Staff are friendly and approachable. Hotel is located 5 or 10min walk away from tree town and many food available even in late night. Will back again on next trip.

What surprised me, for the first time I have encountered such a thing, that even with the "Do not disturb" sign the staff will still leave you water every day, quietly hanging it on the door handle

Definitely a reco to stay and savour everything local to Pattaya. The hotel is centrally located, easily accessible and hosts its guests in spacious, well lit and effective aircons

I will be honest and say I didn’t like the breakfast, as it was very Asian centric, but equally you’re in Thailand, so shut up! Within two minutes there were plenty of places doing fry ups and western breakfasts for next to nothing (big shout out to Nicky’s which did a mega full English for 99 baht if you can drag yourself out of bed before 11am😂

My overwhelming memory of this hotel though will be the staff. Every single one of them had a smile on their face and nothing was too much trouble, they really went the extra mile. I would definitely stay there again

We booked in here as our usual place was full because of the firework festival, and to be honest I didn’t have high expectations. I have to say that the reality turned out to be that I was very pleasantly surprised

The Rooms are very nice and spacious with a beautiful balcony view. Though it is around 4kms away from walking street and beach, one can always get a bike taxi near by who can drop at 60 bhat per person

I didn't stay at hotel I visited the shopping mall. Interesting place. Each level is a place on earth like Italy and the uk. Has pretty much everything you may need.

Good cheap hotel near cosy beach, rooms are large and kept clean by the freindly staff. New flat screen tv's would be a good idea, but generally ok

We got vouchers from Tourism Authority of Thailand Event in Bkk. It was so worth for money every penny. Room was superb and very spacious. Besides, during low season there was slightly private

I was suprised when I check in. The lobby is big and staffs are really friendly and supportive. The genaral manager is also nice. She is welcome us on the first day and last day as well

My siblings and I recently stayed at The hotel, and it was an amazing experience. The tour manager personally greeted us and gave us a guided tour around the property

But the shower was great and always very hot and powerful. They have a nice little pool which was clean and tidy. I can't complain about anything. I would definitely stay here again when I'm in Pattaya

I had a room facing the pool at the back of the hotel. At the front you would be facing a school which is very noisy in the day time. All the staff were great, very friendly and helpful

Note the location before moaning about it. If you want some peace and quiet on a baht bus route 1 minute from the hotel with a 7 11 across the road this hotel is fantastic. For me this hotel was perfect for the price

This area is a lot more peaceful and out of the way of the madness. Loads of German restaurants and of course Thai restaurants. You can easily get around the city from this hotel just be aware of its location

Their laundry service is excellent and very cheap. The hotel itself is small and very quiet for June which again was perfect for me. The room was basic and the mattress was rock hard

How cool was that! The room and the hotel were very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staffs were really the gems here. Everyone was friendly and always smiling, who showed us the Thai hospitality

We had a wonderful staying in S lodge Pattaya. The hotel was a little bit old but we liked the nostalgic feeling, especially the atmosphere of living in a courtyard surrounded by high rises

The rooms could use a small touch of comfort. Just to make them feel more homely. But neat and tidy! Front staff could practice their English a bit more. Was the hardest part of the whole stay.

The property is located near everything. You can walk to most attractions within minutes away or you can used the 10baht transport.

It was in the center of all central Pataya has to offer a good restaurant & reasonable price room

The building is new and beautiful. Services India from this office, convenience store distance, car from bike free and recommended. The pool is the Gym.

Overall the hotel is older, but has a classic look. The rooms are large with lots of storage space, small balcony, good bathroom. I felt like these rooms were old apartments

Swimming pool look old, but clean. Wifi speed is not good, 12mb max. Room is big but look old, room is clean. Walk 5 minutes to 7-11 store and SCB atm There is a balcony with cage. The view to field with banana tree

I arrived at 3 am and had security take my luggage up to room. Pool is good size and nice cool, refreshing on those hot days. Only issue was once the shower water was hot, it stayed hot

I have stayed in the AA many times over the 15 years great staff good clean big rooms and a small medium swimming pool in a quiet area but just over the third road which now there is a pedestrian crossing about a seven minute walk to the middle of soi buckow  always been a pleasure to stay there 👍

Location was great, it was about 20mins from the beach and 10minutes from the "center". There was a pool, but in the shade so it was kinda cold to swim. In front of the hotel there was a stray dog, who melted my heart🥺💛

All good. A lovely find. Already booked a month next yea.r

A bit off the beaten path and tucked away off the main road which can be a plus or a minus, depending. Room was big and nicely appointed. Fairly quiet even with a small drinking soi nearby

Pool is long making for good laps. No gym unless I missed it somehow

When booking it said it had a swimming pool but on arrival I found that the pool was in another building . Hotel maid was very good . Hotel a bit dated but ok . At the 'quiet' end of Soi Buakhao

The service was excellent. You just don’t know Chinese and need translation software. The neighborhood is lively. The overall equipment is not new. acceptable.

But they provide only one set of water bottle per day for a person. if we need to pay for drinking water. also they charged penalty for bath towel washable strains which is very much unfair

4 star might be pushing it a bit. No room safe which is essential for me. Very nice pool but the bulk of their clientele need a few lessons in etiquette. No chairs on the balcony.

The staff are very kind, the pool is good, and there are decent balconies. The price is the same as The Edge, so it's better to stay there

The mattresses are comfortable and the beds are large. We stayed on the 9th floor and had a great view of the city and the pool

The location is fantastic, but there are a lot of Indian guests who behave poorly. There are no toothbrushes, no hairdryer, and no laundry service or iron. Also, no electric kettle and big problems with the power outlets

There are no safes in the rooms, but free locker boxes are available in the luggage storage area. It's conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to get anywhere

only the rooms had really small insects may be because of environment out there don't know the reason

That said, the showers are sensitive - but good - being tap-managed rather than run through a wall mounted heater box, which would be preferable. That apart, extremely good value for money

Roof swimming pool is an extra merit. It is about 20 minutes walk to the beach road, but you can enjoy the quiet environment and have a good sleep

We recently had an enjoyable 3 nights stay at this hotel. Breakfast selection not big but was prepared deliciously. A 24-hour large Foodland store located just 100m from the property

They are always helpful if there is anything and you quickly notice that this is the culture among the staff as it applies from when you arrive at the reception on arrival until you are escorted to the taxi that you leave the hotel with on departure

Stayed Here for 4 nights. The hospitality of the staff is amazing and rooms are well maintained. One of the best hotels in Pattaya with affordable price. If I come back, surely I will book this.
