Stayed in December of 2025 and location was absolutely great. Staff were very friendly and pool area was very nice as well. You can access both 2nd street or the beach road from the property

Located in a prime area, the hotel boasts a large garden. Although the decor is from many years ago, the attention to detail and quality are excellent, giving it an artistic flair

The location is great, really close to the beach, and the value for money is pretty good. There's a big shopping mall just 100 meters away. The pool area is also lovely and relaxing

This hotel is not centrally located and does not have any shared public transport. But private transport is easy to organize around the city. Good food options everywhere

Absolutely perfect! It's so comfortable, the view is great, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Plus, it's not far from Big C. A truly excellent place!

The guys who man the lobby are funny, happy and always smiling! Even at 3am and its raining. Highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in Pattaya

Not so long ago, the whole family came on vacation. The rooms are certainly not VIP, but in general it is suitable for basic needs for its price

We arrived quite early, so we stored our bags first and went for a massage at the hotel's spa. When we returned, a dedicated staff member helped us with check-in one-on-one and then drove us in a buggy to our building

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, from local specialties to Western dishes. The surrounding area is quiet, and transportation is very convenient, making it suitable for business trips or family vacations

The rooms are spacious and bright, with modern and minimalist decor, giving off a comfortable and relaxing vibe. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and both check-in and check-out were very efficient

The staff member also brought our luggage to the room, which was fantastic! We'll definitely come back! Oh, and the desserts at the hotel's patisserie are delicious too!

The environment is great and the service is excellent. From the moment we arrived at the hotel entrance, someone helped us with our luggage

Nice hotel, just a little bit old rooms, but it's not a problem. Great brekfast! Lots of swimming pools, kids will be happy. Very good location - close to Terminal 21, many restaraunts nearby, 1 minute from the sea

While the pools were a highlight, we did find the fitness center equipment to be somewhat limited. However, the real standout was the breakfast buffet at Amaya

Having stayed at many hotels in North Pattaya, this is by far the most delicious breakfast we have ever experienced. On a minor note, the in-room TV’s Chromecast was a bit inconvenient, and the Wi-Fi was somewhat slow

The hotel staff is incredibly helpful , polite & friendly. My only concern would be the rude guests who usurp the chairs next to the swimming pool by leaving things there while they eat breakfast

Rooms were good but didn't like the transparent window of the bathroom looking in to the bed room. But other then that it had the best breakfast buffet, amazing pool and a good back entrance/exit to the beach front

Stayed at the Avani Resort Hotel Pattaya for three nights. Room was on the 9th floor with balcony and views over Pattaya Beach. Room was clean and very well serviced every day

Massive variety of food available that easily exceeds most other hotels in this category. Staff were always pleasant and attentive

Smoking is not allowed inside the room. Can be fined upto 2000 Thai phat. Complimentary breakfast facilities are available with in this hotel restaurant, located in ground floor

The location is convenient, right next to Beach Road. The room was clean, and the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so the newly renovated rooms will probably be even better! The staff were polite and helpful

The newly renovated rooms are absolutely fantastic, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We barely saw any other Chinese guests during our stay; it seems to be a popular choice among foreigners.

Good, unfortunately a bit old interior (from 2005 I think). Breakfast was also good. The most best part was, the hotel guest where mostly families. So you didn’t see ************ or drunk hopeless tourists.

As the hotel was under renovation, there was unbelievably loud noise in my room from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM! That was truly intolerable and annoying! However, it must be mentioned that this was only for the floors below 9

This is our go-to choice when traveling with kids. They have a pool and a children's play area, and the front desk and bell staff provide excellent service

Extremely satisfied! The room was lovely, designed like a ship's cabin, and the hallway was spacious with nice decor. The lobby was also large and clean, and having a restroom on the first floor was very convenient

It even had a bathtub and a balcony. The only downside was that the bar downstairs outside our room was incredibly noisy, going on until 3 or 4 AM every night. Even with the windows closed, it was still very loud

I recently stayed at the Welcome World Beach Resort & Spa in Jomtien Beach, Pattaya, and I'd definitely recommend it. The hotel is located on Jomtien Beach, just across a small street from the ocean

It's surprisingly quiet despite being in a lively area. The rooms are very spacious, and the twin beds are quite generous, about 1. 25 meters wide each, so it didn't feel cramped even with two kids

The pool area experience could easily have been elevated with drink/snack menus and some better audio equipment. With a room rate of 1200-1500 baht/night it is still a lot of value for your money

Around the hotel, you'll find 7-Eleven, snack stalls, and plenty of restaurants, making it very convenient. Most of the guests here are Russian, with very few Chinese visitors

Wonderful stay at the Tropicana last week. Location was close to nightlife and was quiet at night. Service staff, which included but not limited to: Gigi, Earn, Ying, Fuji, and Nina were all excellent

All the staff was friendly and helpful. In addition to the breakfast buffet for purchase, they serve a la carte items from 10am - 2pm. Although the hotel has designated smoking areas, we saw guests smoking everywhere

The value wasn't quite there due to the aging facilities but the location made up for it

The room with pool view is big, and the balcony is large with a sofa for sitting. I can't recommend staying here enough

The room was a bit small, but the hotel environment was great. The pool was huge and not too crowded.

The only downside is that when you walk over the bridge to your room, you have to walk over the sewage stream. This is obviously out of the control of the resort, and does it's best to mask the sight and smell

Nice place for staying. This time I stayed for several days on Christmas time. The hotel was full of visitors. I liked their beautiful garden and the beach in this season.

The only downside (and that is the reason my rating was less-than-excellent) is that this affordability attracts loads of buses loaded with tourists from various countries and that can create a kind-of-chaos (including noise)
