Amazing hotel, we loved the decoration, each detail inside the hotel and the room. We were staying at the Aqua suite, is massive, two bathrooms, two balconies

There is a huge sliding mirror door to separate living room to bedroom, the Jacuzzi was perfect and loved the shower with two independent shower heads. The breakfast buffet was amazing with plenty options and specials

Staff very helpful especially Pang. Great check-in and check-out help. Bar drinks and happy hour is great. Indian options also available though limited. But who want to have Indian in Thailand anyway

The centrepiece is the upstairs bed & jacuzzi. Big comfortable bed with lots of pillows, cushions & mood lighting. Also a huge double shower Bd upstairs as well as downstairs toilets

One of the best located hotels in Pattaya, right behind Sky Gallery. You walk through Sky Gallery to access the stairs that go steeply down to Cozy Beach

The appearance of the environment is very beautiful and clean.

Not a bad spot to be up on top of Pattaya, very cool ocean views from a higher vantage point. Lots of Russian tourists if you want to feel closer to home

The rooms were nice and decent for the price as well as the complimentary breakfast

Be prepared for the fact that the hotel is home to a large number of Russian guests, and they are not always families. Quite often it’s loud groups drinking heavily, partying every other day until morning

Currently staying here on my latest visit. Have been coming here for many years with my Thai partner. Lovely old hotel with clean, recently renovated rooms and great staff who have been here forever

Quiet but close to everything. I don’t book breakfast after some less than good experiences. Most clientele is mature aged, which makes for a better night’s sleep

The location is great, on 2nd Road - an easy walk to the beach and most places of interest in Pattaya. The car park is huge, but not covered. Swimming pool is nice, but very little shade so pretty hot until about 4pm

For the price, I can't complain much. The hotel neara all the eating place, and the shopping center The swimming pool was nice; the gym could used a little maintenance. Staff are nice and friendly.

I was a solo traveler. This hotel had a kitchen in the room and it was very helpful in order to keep my meals. Also very clean swimming pool.

Also, the towel were in pretty rough shape and need to be replaced

The room I stayed in was on the first floor and it was by the swimming pool. It is very scenic and relaxed around the pool

The room was quite spacious, and the lady at the front desk was incredibly patient. The location is excellent, and the price is reasonable

Downstairs, there are plenty of dining and drinking options, parking is available, and there's even a gym. Overall, a great place to stay

I didn't realize until check-in that the hotel was located down a small lane off the main road. I also didn't know there was a large supermarket right at the main road entrance, where you could grab a late dinner

It was quite private, with several foreigners working there, and very clean. I also didn't realize that if you walk out of the hotel's small lane to the main road, there's a bus stop immediately to your right

It was bustling with people, and perfect for picking up some water. I was unaware that the hotel had a private business/lounge area on the second floor

The rooftop pool offers a view of the distant sea. Unfortunately, I visited in mid-January, and it was too cold to swim, so I just took some photos. Otherwise, the hotel was quite clean

The biggest selling point is the peace and quiet. The infinity pool on the top floor is saltwater, slightly salty but very clean. The rooms are incredibly quiet

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Phenomenal stay at Leela Resort & Spa, Pattaya! I recently visited Thailand on my bachelor’s trip and stayed for 2 nights at Leela Resort & Spa, Pattaya—and it was absolutely phenomenal

The property is very large, but they provide battery-operated vehicles that conveniently take you from your building to the reception, pool, or other areas—very thoughtful and well managed

There’s also a beautiful lake, a swimming pool, and even a small temple within the campus, which adds to the peaceful atmosphere

Beautiful garden, large balcony, squirrels, turtles in the lakes, peacocks, roosters, lots of beautiful butterflies, lots of chirping birds, 7 eleven right on the corner, very clean rooms, very helpful cleaning ladies, guarded 24 hours

Location-wise, it’s also very convenient—there’s a 7-Eleven right outside the resort, along with Korean cafés and karaoke spots on the same street. Overall, an excellent stay with great value for money

Will definitely return! Oh and the pool was open till about midnight which was a bonus!

The pool is on the rooftop, in the front desk area. It's a bit old but still functional. The only issue is the ongoing construction downstairs, which causes a lot of dust in the accommodation area.

Basically, amazing hotel that’s all what can I say very clean good personal. Maybe for some people a little bit noisy but compared to other hotels in Pattaya for this price this hotel is amazing.

Unexpectedly good price and service

Great location, big rooms which are cleaned daily. Hot shower,coffee and water in rooms. Breakfast if required, good parking

My only dislike was seeing caged animals which in my opinion should be free and not for human entertainment

It is highly recommended to book a pool view room only; otherwise, the noise and dust will be an issue. – The soundproofing is poor, so you can hear quite a bit from the hallways and neighboring rooms

The pool area is also acceptable and serves as a nice spot to relax. However, there are a few things to keep in mind: – Major construction is happening right across the street

Decent stay, but choose your room wisely. We had a mixed experience at this hotel. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, which offered a good variety and quality

The room was good, and the surroundings were great. The pool was large, and the staff were polite. Breakfast was decent, but the duvet wasn't the best. It was a bit pricey, but overall it was okay

Very good hotel with firendly staff and with free joiner policy.. the restaurant makes delicious food..everyone is helpuful..and its located near jomtien beach. Close to walking street too.. love it

(-) I would recommend re-painting the rooftop bar walls and adding some more decor to enhance the rest of the hotel's sophisticated feel. Apart from that, it was a pleasant stay

Well done to the chefs for preparing great foods. (-) As a lover of tea, a larger variety of teas would have been good and soy milk for lacoste intolerance

Yes I've stayed here before staff always kind and helpful you can't fault it

The bath was an old-fashioned hot water bathtub, but it was surprisingly comfortable. It seems that opening and closing the door requires some ingenuity. At first, I had no idea how to do it, and had to call security

However, the cleaning staff and security guards were very nice. The facilities are old, but the deluxe room had a power outlet at the bed, a large refrigerator, a microwave, and plates and mugs

Once I figured it out, it was no problem. This hotel is definitely not for those who are picky. I was traveling alone, so the room was spacious and comfortable. Above all, the location was perfect for a drinker

Regarding service, there was no one at the front desk when I checked out at 6:30 AM. I was worried, so I sent a LINE message the day before, but received no reply

The property is a little dated & could do with a freshen up but overall I couldn’t fault my stay. The rooms are cleaned daily & you get fresh sheets & towels daily. The pool area needs a little love put into it

Rooms are great, nice staff and the price is also good. It is a little walk to a street with shops but only 10 minutes. The swimming pool doesn’t have a lot of sun over the day, but it’s good refreshment in the morning

The room on the 8th floor was fairly big and well equipped. The staff was friendly and professional

The price is considered high given the location, but it might be because it was during a fireworks festival, which significantly increased the price. 99% of the customers were Indian.

Food was very tasty when we visited in August 2024. Specially the kheer. Ambience is too good. Only Asians people are spoiling the surroundings. Drinking water was not good. Kindly check the water before drinking.

Having stayed here a few times, I would rate it a 3 star versus 4. The rooftop pool area is nice with full menu and drink and towel service

A real highlight was the amazing bartender at the pool bar — friendly, talented, and made some of the best cocktails we’ve ever had! The swim-up bar and happy hour were such a fun bonus

The only small disappointment was that the Jacuzzi suite we booked wasn’t quite as updated as the photos online, but it didn’t hinder our experience at all. We still really enjoyed it and would absolutely come back again

We just spent 4 nights at Intimate Hotel Pattaya and had an absolutely fantastic stay. The hotel was tidy and clean, with great service and 24-hour reception

The hotel is a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. The only noise I heard was a occasional motorbike, which was a welcome change from many Pattaya hotels where the bass from nightclubs pounds until 2 or 3 AM

The hotel has a small, but well equipped gym, a massage room, (booking required), and a beautiful free form pool with whirlpool

They cleared it up after I gave feedback. Cleaning is just making up the bed. Room is a little dusty and dark but staff are nice. No toothbrush and slippers provided. Did not manage to use the pool but seems clean

I have stayed at the Nova Gold on several occasions, from a single night, as on this visit, to a period of three months. This is, in my opinion, a boutique hotel, small, friendly, and nicely decorated
