Great location, only a 1-minute walk to Pattaya Beach. I stayed in a room on the 17th floor and it was spacious and very clean. Unfortunately, I stayed only one night, but I really enjoyed the place

Breakfast - buffet is only during the weekend, the rest of the week you have to order from the menu and it’s pretty thin. The pool is small and boring and the bar was not working

The hotel towel is a bit old. It is why take away the cleaness point.

Breakfast was included and had a good selection—there was so much food I practically needed a second table to fit everything. The only downside was that there was no coffee machine, only basic coffee with milk

My room was renovated, but the quality of renos for four stars hotel is poor. The view is great, that’s the main attraction

Peaceful and relaxing, especially in the mornings. There's a friendly vibe here, a tasty breakfast plus an onsite bakery. Quality bungalows are arranged among leafy pathways. Lovely pool.

Location is very good, less crowded but still close to the road, and easy to call grab. Room is clean and aircon is very comfortable. Breakfast is good as well, has Thai and western style to choose

great coffe and breakfast choices, french bakery on site, pool opened till 9pm and beautiful rooms. The owner was greeting us during breakfast, and we got lovely thank you card at the end of our stay

Lying right at the beachfront, with two amazing pools it is the ultimate relaxing getaway from the busy city. The staff and owner are amazing and so helpful, could both have had a better stay, 10/10

The breakfast and restaurant dishes are also incredibly delicious. My kids had an absolute blast playing in the pool every day

The pool was lovely, they have 2 but we only used one, a walk in pool which is great if you have mobility issues

i have been stayed in the one bay breeze hotel for 3 memorable nights such a great experience over there,nice staff and ambience of hotel is too good nearest many massage centres ,7 eleven,shopping at central pattaya shopping ,My Favourite Madras Darbar Restaurant Pattaya Serving South and North indian dishes the taste is awesome over there so i choose one bay breeze hotel

This stay was absolutely fantastic, and I have to give a huge shout-out! A special thank you to Xiao Zhang from housekeeping, whose thoughtful service made me feel so incredibly welcome! Beyond that, the hotel room was clean and comfortable, well-equipped with everything I needed, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful

Great location and value in June. Lobby is spanking and the outside of the building looks great. Some of the chairs and bathroom finishing looking a little worn out. Elevator is slow and only one so there's always a wait

The hotel located at Sai 1 road, it is close to the beach and the Terminal 21. The room is clear and the room facilities are good. The hotel has a good restaurant, swimming pool and water park. I recommend this hotel.

Poor service: After the room was cleaned, the tissue box was left like this (referring to an image that's not provided but implied to be messy/unacceptable)! Poor service: My own towel, which I hung on the hook, was found on the floor next to the toilet after housekeeping cleaned the room

The staff at the front of the hotel is always friendly and helpful, he assisted with bringing luggage upstairs to the room and even helped us when we left in the taxi

Front desk staff quickly checked us in and provided room keys. The cleaning staff clean rooms very quickly. As always it was an enjoyable stay in Pattaya

On a business trip to Thailand, after finishing up in Saraburi, we splurged 4,000 Thai Baht on a private car to Pattaya, the 'men's paradise. ' I had booked this hotel in advance and arrived around 7 PM

Pros: The room was great, service was excellent, and breakfast was delicious. Cons: The soundproofing on the door wasn't very good; although it wasn't overly noisy, you could still hear loud sounds from outside

The breakfast served from 7 AM to 4 PM is an absolute highlight! The only minor downside is the soundproofing, but that's a small issue that doesn't detract from an otherwise smooth and enjoyable stay

They arranged for me to stay in the same room type for both nights, even though I had booked different ones. The front desk staff could also communicate in fluent Chinese, which was a huge plus

All the staff are incredibly nice and responsive to every request. The location is super convenient, within walking distance to Pattaya Beach, Terminal 21, Big C, the Outlet Mall, and more

The hotel pool is large and very clean. Room facilities are just average, but the staff are all great and helpful with luggage. If I come back to Pattaya, I'd definitely book this hotel again! 😝

Best hotel to stay, 7/11 is directly in front of the gate, quiet. Note that the hotel offical website offer better prices (500 baht difference each day), so i recommend to compare before you book.

## Environment: There's a 7-Eleven right outside, plenty of small eateries around, and a very affordable brunch spot called Eak fish balls that's popular with locals – definitely worth checking out! ## Transportation: Most of the time, you'll need to take a taxi

It's quite close to the North Pattaya bus terminal (for buses back to Bangkok/airport), just a 5-minute taxi ride away. It's about 1km from the shopping centers and the beach

They even made us little red swan towel animals, which were absolutely adorable! Highly recommend staying here!

Had a good stay at Sutus Court #1. Clean room, comfortable bed, and a nice, quiet atmosphere. Staff were helpful and the location worked well for me. No complaints at all—solid place to stay.

Price was abt 1000b a night in Nov (booked in Sep thru Agoda). Clean, quiet, spacious room (cleaned daily) with good WiFi and view of the pool. The bathroom was huge, water pressure was good and the hot water was hot

Pattaya Thailand many times and realy like it very much. Boknings-ID/Referens-ID 606497895 But this time Agoda scammed me, and charged me 3081 USD for my room (14 days). The hotel cost only 390 USD on site

The aircon had a mind of its own, i set it on auto thinking it'll cool the room or switch off depending on the temperature. It did switch on and off, but according to it's own incomprehensible criteria 😆

Sabai Wing is budget friendly, clean, comfortable and close to everything. Yet it’s far enough off the beach to be relatively quiet

Our room faced away from the pool, so every morning, the chickens from the airport downstairs were incredibly noisy. I'd recommend getting a room facing the pool next time

Short walk to the dolphin roundabout and then a Baht bus to the beach road - you can get the free bus from the hotel but we always managed to miss it! 100% we’d stay here again

The hotel is upscale and very luxurious. Although it's an older hotel, it has been beautifully renovated and still feels very comfortable and new. The environment is clean, and the pool is comfortable

Cheap but good hotel to stay in Pattaya.

Our preference was for one room with an extra bed, but the hotel went above expectations by providing a spacious room that included an additional small room with a single bed and a sofa—essentially giving us two rooms with a balcony

It would have been better if at least a basic locker was provided free of charge for valuables. The staff were polite and helpful, though they didn’t talk much

That was a big plus for comfort and privacy. One downside was that locker facilities were not included—they asked for an extra charge if we wanted to use one

We stayed at Natural Beach Hotel from June 09 to June 12, 2025, and it was a surprisingly pleasant experience, especially considering the budget

My room was 207, there's a big tree outside overlooking the hospital. Downstairs there are beverages and snacks for sale with plenty of seating in the lobby. Soi 6 is a very close walk, as well as Beach Rd

Room is really clean with a big bed, large room with beautiful curtains. Bathroom has hot water, strong pressure, air conditioning is cold, there's a room safe, and lots of storage

It was fast and easy check in but your special request will not be considered at all even with your paid and confirmed booking for long time before arrival which is frustrating
