I was assigned a room on the 5th floor upon check-in, but the hotel doesn't have an elevator. The cleanliness was acceptable, as I was traveling alone and didn't have high expectations for the hotel.

It was a great location, but I had to walk up to the 6th floor.

The atmosphere is good, the staff are very knowledgeable, if you don't know what you want to visit, the staff will give you very good recommendations.

Really nice quiet hotel, staff are super friendly and look after you, rooms are clean air con is good, pretty close to the best parts of pattaya, walk a few steps outside and you have everything you need, restaurants, washing machines, shops, my second time there, would go again.

The hotel is a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. The only noise I heard was a occasional motorbike, which was a welcome change from many Pattaya hotels where the bass from nightclubs pounds until 2 or 3 AM. Parking was also very convenient.

This was my first visit to Thailand, and this was the first hotel I checked into. The process was swift, the room was great, and it had a wonderful view. I liked everything about the hotel, including the rooms and the location. The pricing is a bit higher, but the overall experience was great. I had a wonderful stay here. I will be coming back to the city in November and plan to book the same hotel

The room was very clean. The best part was the balcony right outside the room, where you could smoke, ensuring the room stayed smoke-free – which was excellent!

So so. Persoel was mainly friendly. There is regular police presence in the main entrance which seems like an official go to contact place, but the constant police presence made me feel uncomfortable. Walking through many officers when entering or leaving the building is a strange feeling without any obvious reason. It’s just not a cozy feeling coming into you hotel where you want to find peace.

The environment is quite good, and the room is pretty spacious. There are a few Korean restaurants right outside the hotel, and you'll see a lot of Koreans around. The pool is also quite nice. It's very close to Terminal 21 and the 99 Show, and there are massage shops nearby too.

Check in was a little fraught as my booking name didn’t match my ID, because I didn’t use my middle names in the booking . It took them about 10 minutes to accept I was who I was . Not a good way to start . However everything else was good . Room was nice , bed large and comfy and bathroom just about ok . Honesty, basic needed facilities are well prepared but quality are lower than average. Overall facilities are old and no upgrade. Room is good enough but bed are too soft without further maintenance. Location is very close to the beach side. This is what reason that I reorder with them.

The food is great and breakfest well provided for, tbe staff very nice and happy, I like that in the land off smiles. Set back about 20 minutes walk from the beach, but this is reflected in the large room sizes and of course the price. I booked a junior suite. Seperste bedroom, lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Quick small stay nothing to shout about cheap hote

Staff always not friendly and not welcome. Only one key card given, they will not give you additional key card. Hence, A/C always takes sometime to cool up the room and fridge will not functioning once leave the room.

The accommodation is clean and convenient to travel. Across the road is the beach.

Originally booked for only a few nights. But due to circumstances, my stay was extended much longer. Rooms are roomy and there is a nice balcony with a table and two chairs.  House keeping was very accommodating.  Front desk staff could certainly be friendlier.  One morning I asked if they could refill my portable water bottle - No Problem.  The next day, different staff member, same request….breakfast...

i spent one week here its a quiet place and the beds were very very comfortable everything was good the only downside was the low water pressure in the bathroom i want to make a second update. ive stayed in many places in pattaya around this price range but this one feels like home ive been here for over a month. the staff are very helpful this place really makes me feel at home.

The hotel is starting to look old. When I first entered the room, the air conditioner was very loud and the glass door didn't close properly. After moving rooms, it was better. Actually, if they renovate, it might be better. I have used this chain before, but other branches have much better rooms.

Came up as a 5 star hotel, you have to be kidding me. Restraunt is garbage. Television in the room not a smart TV so forget about Netflix. 2 lights in room could not be turned off and the refrigerator i had to unplug because it was so loud oh and not even a wine glass in the room. We stayed as a group. Rooms were good, rest rooms were maintained above average, room service is a bit delay, swimming pool was excellent and well maintained. Only negative I find is lack of adequate staffs during night and late night.

THE FACILITY ITSELF IS NOT 5 stars is 3 STARS. The room is average. The pictures on Agoda look luxurious but real live is not. The TV is not smart TV. No Netflix. No youtube. For $182 for 2 nights doesn’t check all the boxes to be a 5 star hotel. Agoda is stated express check in. IS NOT. No Jacuzzi.

Great place to stay at Pattaya and the location is away from the hustle and bustle of the crowd yet not far from the tourist spots.The Beach opp hotel is icing on cake. The hotel's overall cleanliness was impressive; the room was spotless and the bedding pristine and dry.
