This is definitely one of the hotels that I will come back to. It is clean and cute. The staff is friendly. It is right opposite the beach and 10 mins toktok drive from Walking street. I will say location is Ok not the best but it does the job. If you are in Pattya and want a nice beach chill out this is your spot do not miss!

I read reviews before I booked my stay, I am staying a week and was given a room on the 5th floor. A corner room facing the beach. I have not experienced anything I read in other reviews. The staff is friendly all around, the breakfast is more than adequate. Room is clean and I see cleaning staff all day long. This is a great hotel!!

Only book this hotel for the sea view. If you plan to just book a regular room, I suggest you look elsewhere where they have better amenities. Breakfast was basic. They did have fresh squeezed OJ.

The breakfast is almost cyclostyled. Most of the items were repeated. Rooms are ok but for housekeeping you have to remind again about missing items like towels or soap etc. They have placed so many items in the fridge which you can’t even check. Overall it is ok.

We are very happy that we have met & dealt Mary, Lin & Nana. They were very accomodation and explained the whole process very well for us. They were very professional and explained the whole process clearly.

My friend has rented a large condo here for a month, the room is spacious and nicely furnished. He also gets daily housekeeping visits. But and it's a big but. There is little or no security in his building. The security guard leaves the barriers up all the time and doesn't challenge anybody. It's possible to walk across the campus and into my friends building, use the lifts and arrive at his door...

The price-quality ratio is good, but the hotel has aged badly because nothing has been changed since it opened. I have come here several times in 10 years. For me the gym is important when i choose hotel. And i can say that they are not focus on taking care of the place… There are simple little things that could be done. Like for example the curtains in the gym. The ones in front of the treadmills...

Best service we've ever received in a hotel. The entire hotel is well-equipped. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast is wonderful, with a wide variety of food. Besides being well located!! And another compliment goes to the pool area, where there was a bar that prepared very tasty and beautiful drinks!!

The hotel is at a convenient location. more suitable for single male adult. Room is not very big but is sufficient. The room services are very normal and basic. It is considered quiet although it is in an area that does not sleep early. Don't hear the music and noises.

My first stay at the Acqua and certainly I will return, never been so pleased with all aspects of any hotel I have stayed in previously. Service was outstanding, cleanliness and excellent facilities...true value!

The room itself is not bad, but the cleaning is rare, and the water was only left two or three times in almost two weeks.

The service attitude in Pattaya is truly exceptional. This hotel is right by the beach, a bit far from the city center, but the environment is beautiful and quiet. The sea-view cliff-side restaurant next to the hotel is absolutely stunning for sunset views. The only downside is the poor soundproofing; the strange noises from the couple next door were quite persistent. 😂

The hotel environment is excellent, clean and comfortable, and the service is thoughtful and attentive. The front desk lady, in particular, was very patient and helped us solve our problems. Even though we didn't speak Thai, she used a translator to assist us with various issues. Definitely a great review, and we'll certainly stay here again next time.

Superb nice room with value, good services & hospitality staff

The mattress was great, and the room was spacious! However, the bathroom was a bit too open for my liking.

It is a good property with wonderful view, amenities and spacious rooms, good service and American breakfast. But lacks in employees who understand English and totally lacks with Indian food. If you can manage without Indian food then undoubtedly a good place to stay.

Highly recommended, walkable distance to walking distance. Beach is in 500 mtrs. Ocean view room is awesome. Wide range of food menu at affordable pricing. Little drawback found there was inappropriate electric socket points. Altogether it was a good stay. Will visit again.

High value for money, delicious breakfast.

Every time I come to Pattaya, I book this hotel. Although the location is a bit out of the way, the hotel is clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious, and the staff are very enthusiastic. The most important thing is that it's very quiet at night for sleeping!

The Hotel is in a lonely place. It doesn't have any restaurant and no room service. I asked them for extra bottle of water , but they refused to give any extra complimentary water bottle. They don't have any normal drinking water also. They charge 20 THB for one 500 ml bottle. Not recommended for leisure travel.

Location is about 100 meters off the busy street. Wouid be a bit difficult to find the hotel at night. Suggest to add a few lighted directional signs. Overall pretty basic amenities and is good value for the money. The restaurant closed the freshly grounded coffee machine until after 08:30 when there were less guests. The hotel is conveniently located 1 km from the bus station. However, it's a bit far from the beach, requiring a 15-minute car ride. The cleanliness is excellent, and there are many snack shops nearby.

I stayed here every time I visited my friend. The Villa rooms are close to the sea, very nice view at both sunset & sunrise. Its swimming pool is beautiful. Its location is near the Naklua market where there are the seafood market & various home-recipe restaurants & food shops.

Great location! It's right across the street from Terminal 11, and a short walk to the beach if you turn right out of the hotel. There are songthaews (shared taxis) available right outside to take you along Beach Road. It's about 3 km from the Sanctuary of Truth, and you can get there by songthaew. Various shows are also within walking distance. The price is cheap, and breakfast meets basic needs....

Average 3 star hotel .reception staff had weird judgemental behavior towards Indians . Only good thing about the resort is location and good breakfast spread . Hot heater was broken, when informed to reception staff , she reacted as if it really doesn’t matter .

The mattress is too soft and it bounces when I sleep, so I don't sleep well.  The shower temperature is sometimes hot and sometimes cold, and it is difficult to adjust

The hotel was right infront of Pattaya Beach and in between two beach clubs which is awesome, but if you are an early sleeper, then its not advisable.

The only good thing about this hotel is the pool; the rest of the environment is quite poor.

Our stay at Lek Villa was good, it was our second time there!!  We found the hotel located in very good location ( North Pattaya), few steps to the mall and the convenience store is just right across the road, where you can grab anything to eat 24 hours. The room and facilities are a bit old but it’s fine for us. Highly recommend and we will be back again !!

For less demanding guests, the hotel's location is ideal, but the rooms are, as they say these days, tired. That's not a concern for me, but it's definitely not for those looking for a new hotel. My room didn't have a balcony, and I wouldn't risk opening the plastic windows even if I needed to, as they had a 1cm gap at the top even when closed. The sea is 600-800 meters away, and Terminal 21 is 40...

A good hotel. Old, but still decent. Geckos come to visit. The pool, one of two, works. One day, small red ants migrated through the room. The whole crowd left the place and drowned from the bathroom onto the balcony. A good hotel. It needs some renovation.

Family travel, if you have strict requirements for hygiene, it is not recommended, there are a lot of bugs, the hotel facilities are relatively old, the bedding is not very good, the bathtub should pay attention to safety, if there are elderly people, bring a family, there is no way, just make do with it

Excellent hotel for the money. The location is great, everything is nearby, easy to get to the center. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. There is a swimming pool, no breakfast, but you can buy everything in the nearby stores. There are many cafes nearby. The beach is 10-15 minutes away.

Please check the tiles on the pool floor, I cut myself, but otherwise everything is fine.

This hotel has a great overall feel with a high level of privacy and a peaceful atmosphere—it never feels crowded. The location is excellent, making it very easy to get around and visit various attractions. While the breakfast selection is a bit limited, everything else was wonderful. Once again another enjoyable stay here at the Manhattan, very good service from all, but especially Ying, her temperament makes her perfect for reception duties. Basic amenity available. The staff were nice. The room was fairly clean. The only problem was small roaches keep appearing everyday! My colleague in another room also said that the wardrobe in his room smells really bad, he had to keep it close all the time.
