I stayed at this hotel for 11 nights in February. The location is fantastic. Three minute walk to the beach, five minutes to runway night market. Coffee shops, restaurants and retail are all within walking distance. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful and the housekeepers were hilarious. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone coming to Pattaya.

Great Location, big room, nice service

The room was okay but the hotel felt old and more like a guesthouse than a proper hotel. The complimentary breakfast was very limited. On the positive side, the location is great. Close to the beach and the staff were friendly. However, overall it didn’t feel worth the price we paid to stay here.

I stayed here for a 2-night holiday. The location is not far from the sea. On the first night, the air conditioner was dripping water, but it was quickly resolved by the staff. I received good service.

Please don’t get carried away by the photos. This hotel is not meant for families. It’s flooded with people, mostly Indians looking for pleasure with Thai girls. Most of plumbing in the bathrooms are not working properly. Breakfast is horrible. Service is poor. In a twin occupancy room, they give only 2 sachet of sugar, milk, tea. This was our first hotel after landing in Thailand. It's right next to a hospital that's under construction, but it was completely quiet at night. However, there are plenty of bars and massage shops nearby, and the beach is just a short walk away. The hotel breakfast was also very good. For the National Day holiday, two nights cost less than 1,000, which is excellent value for money.

It's decent. Fairly clean (ignoring the dust I saw in the spotlight). It's close to the boardwalk, but don't get the wrong idea – none of the rooms have a sea view. So, getting a room on the 7th floor (out of eight) was good enough for me. Thanks.

This resort is quite old, but the overall environment is good. It's more of a resort-style hotel. It's also the only hotel in Pattaya that asked me for a 3000 THB deposit???

This hotel is super conveniently located, right outside Terminal 21. Whether you want a massage or to catch a unique show, everything is just a few hundred meters away. However, it can be quite noisy at night, so if you're a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider.

The room was great, and there's a pool too! It's a 'live water' pool, meaning the water is constantly circulating, and almost nobody ever uses it, so it's super comfortable to swim in alone. The service was excellent, pretty much no complaints except they didn't provide toothpaste and toothbrushes. A 7-Eleven is just a 5-minute walk if you turn left when you exit.

The hotel is money-hungry and charges for everything. The rooms are not soundproof and the pool has a foul smell.

One of the best hotels ever, best location, comfortable beds, spacious room and very helpful staff. 7Eleven is just a min walk away and it’s very convenient. They keep 2000 Thai Baht as a deposit so keep that in mind, however it was refunded upon checkout.

Hotel is conveniently located in close proximity to north pattaya bus terminal, and 10 mins walk to terminal 21 mall, the room is spacious & clean, breakfast offers lots of varieaty.  Staff is helpful, polite & friendly. I had a pleasant stay there.

Front desk receptions were not kind nor nice. They were bare minimum doing their work in service industry. Finally they helped us but in a not nice mood.

The room key is very inconvenient to carry, and the water flow in the bathroom and sink is very weak. Its only advantage is the price.

I booked two rooms, one on the third floor and one on the first. The hallway on the first floor was a bit dim during the day as the lights weren't on, but they were at night. The third floor was much brighter. Overall, it was decent. The staff were quite welcoming, but the rooms were a bit dated. There were marks on the windows; I'm not sure if they couldn't be cleaned off or if the glass was damaged

I booked a week at Honey Boutique hotel but I was assigned to this hotel on my first day. They didn't tell me the reason why. My room was not bad and not good. The balcony was small and facing the LK Metro made me worry about the loud sounds.

I've stayed here before. The setting is beautiful, with the beach right past the swimming pool and a restaurant conveniently located downstairs. My only complaint this time was that the bed felt very damp, the entire room was humid, and even the blankets were moist.

The hotel is about 2 kilometers from the beach, and you can take a songthaew to Terminal 21, where there's a night market. The hotel pool water is clean and open from 8 AM to 6 PM. Breakfast is decent.
