The room is clean and close to the workplace, making it very convenient to get around.

Hotel is old and has some odd architecture. The bathroom doors look like a locker room door. My towel had mold on it. They don’t even give you conditioner or body lotion. The hallways look like a prison. Some of the renovations in the bathroom were not painted/covered up from before. Overall the hotel felt odd in the rooms. The lobby and outdoor area is nice though.

Staff were excellent and friendly. Location is so good. Away from the noise of beach rd but it’s only a 5min walk. Rooms were ok. Shower had no pressure at all. Hot water took forever to come through and when it did, it was warm at best.

Be prepared for the fact that the hotel is home to a large number of Russian guests, and they are not always families. Currently staying here on my latest visit. Have been coming here for many years with my Thai partner. Lovely old hotel with clean, recently renovated rooms and great staff who have been here forever. Quiet but close to everything. I don’t book breakfast after some less than good experiences. Most clientele is mature aged, which makes for a better night’s sleep.

The hotel looks nice and is nice in places. It could use some sprucing up. For a 12 day stay in Pattaya it was much more good than bad. The good was the air conditioning worked great, and the housekeeping staff were phenomenal. The bad is: there is an middle aged woman at check-in, who has a bad attitude and really tries to make things more difficult than necessary. Luckily, I didn't see her that often...

I was a solo traveler. This hotel had a kitchen in the room and it was very helpful in order to keep my meals. Also very clean swimming pool.

I like the location even though it is not that far from the beach, however not walking distance. Hotel Breakfast is less than satisfactory. Good location, easy to get around. Breakfast was good but very local. Staff was very pleasant. Room clean up to standard (me being nitpicky - the shower pressure wasn’t the greatest) but overall good, Walkable distance to Pattaya beach and a short drive to Jomtien beach. Basically, amazing hotel that’s all what can I say very clean good personal. Maybe for some people a little bit noisy but compared to other hotels in Pattaya for this price this hotel is amazing.

The pool is on the rooftop, in the front desk area. It's a bit old but still functional. The only issue is the ongoing construction downstairs, which causes a lot of dust in the accommodation area.

After been here for 2 weeks having booked for 1 month I am that pleased with the service and the room I am staying for another month if it is possible I just wish I had found it sooner.

Overall, the hotel isn't bad, but the location isn't great. I also deducted points because they advertised a bathrobe, razor, and even slippers, but in reality, all they had was liquid soap and shampoo from a dispenser. The rooftop pool offers great views.

Great place to stay and a great location. The cleaning staff on my floor were amazing. Poo, Klany and Film I believe their names are. Always friendly and hospitable. All the staff at the front were always hospitable and very welcoming. Will def return again.
