Hotel is fine, but wifi is extremely unsatisfactory because of its instability
We would recommend to stay here. Very central location close to any shopping mall.
Super hotel
I want back
Best location
Very quietly
It was excellent I enjoyed my stay alot
Currently staying here on my latest visit. Have been coming here for many years with my Thai partner.
Lovely old hotel with clean, recently renovated rooms and great staff who have been here forever.
Quiet but close to everything.
I don’t book breakfast after some less than good experiences.
Most clientele is mature aged, which makes for a better night’s sleep.

1. I didn't realize until check-in that the hotel was located down a small lane off the main road.
2. I also didn't know there was a large supermarket right at the main road entrance, where you could grab a late dinner. It was bustling with people, and perfect for picking up some water.
3. I was unaware that the hotel had a private business/lounge area on the second floor. It was quite private, with...
A very nice hotel: clean, style, very good and clean swimming pool that was really joy to use. Good location: a lot of restaurants, massage salons and product supermarkets.
Set back from the main road so it is quiet at night.
About a 20 min walk to the beach
Would stay again
The biggest selling point is the peace and quiet. The infinity pool on the top floor is saltwater, slightly salty but very clean. The rooms are incredibly quiet. There's a 24-hour Foodland supermarket and eateries just 50 meters from the main road, and it's not expensive. However, it's quite far from the beach, Walking Street, and Terminal 21, all about 2 kilometers away, so you'll need to take a taxi...
I like the location even though it is not that far from the beach, however not walking distance. Hotel Breakfast is less than satisfactory. There is a 24 hours foodland supermarket located around the corner and restaurant also opens 24 hours. Hotel staff are very friendly. If you plan to stay a long time , then this hotel is quite ok considering the price is very reasonable
This hotel remains my favourite in Pattaya.
The swimming pool is absolutely fabulous given the price range of this accomodation. I use it every day. It's long enough to swim laps and the jacuzzi at the end makes it feel like you are in a 5 star hotel.
The rooms are well appointed and if you have an urge to snack the free mini bar is a nice touch.
The street is very quiet and I sleep amazingly...

The hotel is located in a quiet spot but still close to the action, near Big C, Terminal 21, and the beach. The room was a bit cramped, but it had a balcony, which was great for drying clothes. There was a full-length mirror, and the lighting was perfect for makeup. The bottled water provided wasn't very good, but the iced water in the lobby was refreshing. The hotel pool was too cold to swim in this...
Toilet flush button faulty: The toilet often doesn't stop flushing after you press the button, and you have to keep pressing it repeatedly, hoping it will stop.
Sink drainage blocked: You have to wash your face quickly, otherwise the water overflows.
Toilet seat: Crooked. Even a budget hotel like Home Inn in China wouldn't have this!
Poor service: After the room was cleaned, the tissue box was left...
The staff at the front of the hotel is always friendly and helpful, he assisted with bringing luggage upstairs to the room and even helped us when we left in the taxi. Front desk staff quickly checked us in and provided room keys. The cleaning staff clean rooms very quickly. As always it was an enjoyable stay in Pattaya.
Nice service good room tasty breakfast they gave free cake to my birthday girl thank you mercure ocean resort
The hotel located at Sai 1 road, it is close to the beach and the Terminal 21. The room is clear and the room facilities are good. The hotel has a good restaurant, swimming pool and water park. I recommend this hotel.
Our stay was fine and exactly what we expected for the price. The room was clean, the staff was polite, and the location worked well for us walking distance to beach. Pool is good. Kid club is way too small and need to be improved.

Good location, easy to get around.
Breakfast was good but very local.
Staff was very pleasant.
Room clean up to standard (me being nitpicky - the shower pressure wasn’t the greatest) but overall good,
Walkable distance to Pattaya beach and a short drive to Jomtien beach.
Will definitely return!
Oh and the pool was open till about midnight which was a bonus!
Unexpectedly good price and service
Basically, amazing hotel that’s all what can I say very clean good personal. Maybe for some people a little bit noisy but compared to other hotels in Pattaya for this price this hotel is amazing.
The pool is on the rooftop, in the front desk area. It's a bit old but still functional. The only issue is the ongoing construction downstairs, which causes a lot of dust in the accommodation area.
If you’re okay to waking up at 9 am on vacation due to construction, then this hotel might be good for you.
The entrance alley is a bit small. If you don't pay attention, you might miss the entrance.

The reception staff, the concierge, and the cleaning staff are so warm and eager to get everything right. Great! The rooms are nicer than in the pictures, very clean and allergy-friendly. The location of the hotel is great, just a few minutes from the beach. The hotel rooms are quiet, you don't hear any noise from the outside, and the beds are super comfortable. You can sleep really well here.
The overall stay at the hotel was very pleasant with a few teething issues that can easily be resolved if the hotel wanted to.
The rooms was very nice and clean. Balcony was useless as you cant even sit there. Small space.
Service was great from all the staff and only improvement here can be abit more service during breakfast hours eg getting you a coffee.

The staff here were excellent. Very welcoming and friendly. Located in a great spot. Has got soft mattresses (haha).
Was reading reviews saying it was loud with paper thin walls, however we did not experience this on our stay.
The breakfast had a good variety and a chocolate fountain.
This is one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed. The services were top notch! There was always someone at the door to greet you or help with anything you need.
I want to give a special shout out to IT, New, and Tham. They were helpful with questions and making our trip extra special. Overall, everyone that work at the hotel were amazing and so kind!! I highly recommend this place!
MYTT Hotel Pattaya is located in Soi 3, close to the beach—only about a three-minute walk away. It’s a very beautiful five-star hotel. The staff are extremely friendly, especially the one who assists at the reception—very kind, attentive, and truly an excellent employee. The rooms are well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The shower and toilet are always very clean as well. The bed is very comfortable...

Good location to go to any restaurants or to the beach. Jomtien bus termina (bis to airport)l is also at walking distance.
Best for bang for money. Very modern for 650 baht. Absolute the best deal IV e had in Pattaya. If u want budget and somewhat a posh setting. This is it. Great convenient 7 11 downstairs. Staffs r nice and has a door person
the hotel is near the beach which can walk around 6 minutes, and near the busy street with many restaurants and bar
Clean neat professional front desk
Unique Regency hotel a Pattaya est tres bien situe et offer un rapport qualité prix tres bon
(+) Clean and tidy room, housekeeper and staff very kind, luscious green trees overlooking the hotel lobby. The food caters to all, a nice mixture of Thai and Western dishes loved by many. Well done to the chefs for preparing great foods.
(-) As a lover of tea, a larger variety of teas would have been good and soy milk for lacoste intolerance.

One of the hotels I would definitely choose again. I had a comfortable 3 days and 2 nights stay.
The staff were friendly and welcoming.
The area is not too crowded with tourists, which makes it more relaxing.
It’s also close to convenience stores, so getting essentials is easy.

Nice and morden hotel, 24hours convenient stores available nearby..the room which I stayed was facing the back greenery which was well equip and quiet. Very cosy and easy to transport to hotel
The room is so clean
The reception is very kind

Although the facilities are undeniably old, it's still a comfortable place to stay.
Good budget hotel 1400 baht with breakfast in high season.
Pool nice.
Breakfast fine.
Room is adequate.
I would recommend and stay again.
Location sir Soi Burkhao area is good .
Room cleaning is hot and miss and can become frustrating.
Room deposit is 1000 baht with no issue getting it returned.
Only stayed one night, if you can get it cheap it's good value but I wouldn't pay normal price
It’s clean and well-maintained. The location is not that close to the beach and to the Walking Street but there are many food shops, convenience stores and bars in the area. The pool is kinda small so I didn’t get to use it. It’s reasonable when it comes to the price. My stay included a breakfast which was good. I had a great stay.
Great three pools staff always great 🙏🏼🙏🏾
This was my first time at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful! We were greeted with a voucher for a cocktail. The location was very quiet! The rooms were clean! I extended my stay by another night. I will definitely come back next time.

I recently stayed at the Welcome World Beach Resort & Spa in Jomtien Beach, Pattaya, and I'd definitely recommend it.
The hotel is located on Jomtien Beach, just across a small street from the ocean. It's surprisingly quiet despite being in a lively area. The rooms are very spacious, and the twin beds are quite generous, about 1.25 meters wide each, so it didn't feel cramped even with two kids.

Good hotel, but past its prime.
Everything looks old, gym is 90% broken, no AC. Spa is in the name, but no such facility!
The elevator looks like a low budget horror movie set.
Breakfast room is packed and overcrowded, long queues to enter.
Does not worth 95$ a night in any way.
We treated ourselves with a three night stay in the High South Wing Suite at the end of our stay at this resort, and the huge room was lovely with spectacular views over the beach and Jomtien.
Conveniently located, it's a peaceful retreat right by the coastline. Perfect for a relaxing evening stroll.
We had a lovely family time here. Excellent ⭐️🎉🥂❤️
Good hotel with decent and spacious rooms with balcony. Large bathroom that includes one bathtub 🛀 and one shower 🚿.
Good location nearby Jomtien center.

True, it's on the beach (after you cross a busy road). The pool and common areas are well maintained. There's a convenient entrance to the hotel grounds off the beach road as well as an entrance on Soi 2. My room was quiet even though near the elevator and had a (distant) sea view. We Took a sea view room, it was very nice, spacious and beautiful. Their stuffs are very professional and tries as much as possible to help tourists. Their garden is so beautiful! This hotel is an old charm hotel
You will be served with a welcome drink at check in. It has large lawns and area to roam around and a big swimming pool. Make use of the lobby to relax and rooms are good too.
Excellent furniture and touch of vintage style.
Beach is nearby with water sports.
Very good breakfast and room service.
Internet speed is good too
Spacious place, and has elegant greenery with swimming pools for kids and adults. Rooms are fine for tourists and interior is just normal but the view of the beach side from the balcony is really beautiful. Housekeeping service is just ok. Breakfast buffet has decent variety of items and is pretty good. Gym is quite better than other hotels and has good equipment both for cardio and weight training...
Comfortable but not luxurious - something which belies the name of the hotel. First, the negatives; my initial room had scuffed furniture, a boxy TV and a light fitting falling off the ceiling. And the breakfast is pretty average. Now the positives; my replacement room on a higher floor was much better. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and there is a balcony with a sea view. The plus point...
Perfect location, beautiful view from high level beach side rooms' balcony - worth paying extra for. Rich Asian breakfast, limited for European taste. Quite old rooms, noise from neighbour's door slamming. No information about the hotel's facilities.
Best location, everything nearby, beach, restaurants, pubs.service is very good, staff very humble and always helpful.rooms are clean and overall very nice 👍
Will stay here again in my next trip
The location is good. The price is ok. Not much of the city or sea view for that price. I d look elsewhere for the next visit. Maybe the Somerset or Hilton.
A very central location. The front desk and concierge staff were very helpful.
We appreciated the underground parking very much.
There was no beach outlook and the street frontage was quite narrow, but it still offered good value for money.
Bath and shower condition was outdated, but the other amenities in our room were quite adequate and well maintained
This is a great hotel and since returning I have booked it again for my next trip. The hotel is in a great location, I'd prefer to stay at another hotel but their rooms are far too small.
An important warning! Some nights the bars have music playing extremely loud until 4am. Double doors to the balcony were not enough to block the noise. This happened two nights during my last fourteen day stay...

The hotel's location is great, very close to the beach, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. It would have been a fantastic experience, but the check-out process left a sour taste. Even before 11 AM, the power was cut in the room, practically kicking us out. Then, at check-out, the front desk insisted on deducting a 500 Thai Baht deposit, claiming a towel was stained. I offered to clean it myself...
The front desk service was very friendly and could speak a little Chinese. The location is great.
Stay there for 1n, Doubt this is 4⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️hotel.. rooms are not 4 star quality but bed and pillow are comfortable
Location is good short walk to main street..
Could use more staff during the nights as the area and hotel is always busy
Great, the location is very convenient.
Labeling this hotel as a 5-star is a bit of a stretch; the only real highlight is the pool. Overall, I'd give it a maximum of 4 stars. I hope Ctrip will be more accurate with their star ratings in the future. The hotel lobby doesn't even have a proper entrance; you have to go through a small walkway off to the side.
Good but I not prefer next time
Small Bathroom
Old Furniture not like
Floor met is also cracked
Great location and nice and cleaned rooms well mannered staff and also ready to help anytime
The hotel is located in a quiet area, 15 minutes walk to walking street, cozy, daily cleaning.
Nice n clean Room, comfortable bed. Overall great value for money.
The rooms had some issues, with noticeable mold and a bathroom that felt a bit dark due to insufficient lighting. The beds were comfortable, but the quilt cover was too thin, making it less cozy in a fully air-conditioned room. However, the overall experience was good, thanks to the excellent staff, who were very polite and attentive, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. With a few improvements, this place...
Please don’t get carried away by the photos. This hotel is not meant for families. It’s flooded with people, mostly Indians looking for pleasure with Thai girls. Most of plumbing in the bathrooms are not working properly. Breakfast is horrible. Service is poor. In a twin occupancy room, they give only 2 sachet of sugar, milk, tea. If you request for more, they flatly refuse.

Away from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya,
Comfortable bed, nice rooftop pool, good breakfast.
Very clean and tidy hotel right in the middle of bars and restaurants. Beach is a 1 minute walk. Rooftop pool and bar area very big with many seating areas. Definitely stay here again
Booked quite last minute (on the day) and requested a quiet room with a nice view — the hotel did a fantastic job accommodating us. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which was greatly appreciated.
The hotel is lovely, service was excellent, and the attention to our request made the stay even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely visit again.

The sea view from the room was fantastic, and the rooftop pool was even better. Plus, there were even sharks accompanying diners at the restaurant downstairs – truly a nice touch!
FOR SMOKER: this is not a smoker friendly hotel !!!!
Good things:
Location
Beautiful view of the sea, from the pool/terrace.
Good, varied breakfast.
A very nice hotel from the entrance.
Pleasant communication at the reception.
Bad things:
Total exclusion of smokers! Only one place is given in the corner, totally prohibiting and annoying being forced at check-in to sign that only if they think...
Well located. Few minutes walk to walking street. Friendly staffs
Hotel was very good, friendly staff and excellent location.
Pool table needs to be changed though as well as the fans in the pool area require some maintenance, because in humid days it is unbareable there.
Very nice swimming pool and surrounding area.
ITS VERY CONVINIENT LOCATION, SERVICE IS GREAT, VERY HELPFUL.
Breakfast Is a let down as it is very focus on Indian food
If you are into party, this place is a definitely yes. I’ve booked without checking the location lol
The breakfast are good staffs are good.
Just the hell of round noice from the pool partying hurt me
The hotel's design is excellent, and there's a golf shuttle that arrives promptly with just a call to the front desk! The hotel also offers a shuttle to and from Central Pattaya, but you need to book it in advance with the front desk. The breakfast spread is abundant; the noodle soup at the entrance had me hooked for two days straight. The Element restaurant is fantastic; all three dishes we ordered...
Best hotel ever; kid club swimming pool ... restaurant
Cant explain how much i love this place
Nice hotel with very helpful staffs. Peaceful feeling with sense of privacy didn’t feel like we are in pattaya at all. A little small beach due to the location of the hotel which locating on a cliff. The staffs are so nice and very helpful really love that hospitalities. The dining room is so romantic with the sunset view and delicious Italian food.
The environment is elegant, and the scenery is beautiful. The hygiene is also good. However, the service from the doormen is quite strange. We stayed for six nights, and they never greeted guests, even when we arrived back at the hotel entrance by taxi. For a five-star hotel, this service is quite unusual.
The overall environment is good, typical of an InterContinental resort, but the rooms are a bit small and the balcony lacks privacy. The hotel lobby is quite distinctive and picturesque. The food wasn't as good as I expected (especially since Ctrip recommended it as a 'foodie hotel'), and transportation is inconvenient, requiring taxis to get around.
My husband and I both agree, next time we're in Pattaya, we're definitely staying here again!!!
The staff were lovely and the location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach. However, the room was extremely small.
Location location location, close to everything. Only downsize is the room size. Rooms are small but the view alone makes up for it. Walking distance to walking street and all top attractions.
Room very small bed was comfortable only water no other amenities
Very close to walking street, and right by the beach, with unrestricted beach view.

The room is well maintained, with a soft fluffy and clean bed that usually can only be found in a much higher grade of hotels.
Everything was just nice. The territory is amazing! There’re are so many birds and squirrels, and of course, a huge swimming pool. The room was nice too.
Very green hotel with a big pool. Excellent breakfast. But rooms require some renovation. All in all we love this hotel very much.
Location is next to beach road. The people that work here really make you feel at home and even sang happy birthday to me, really nice customer care.
I give 5 stars for the staff and the nice swimming pool.

Rooms were not very clean, towels had stains and were not very good . There was no peace and privacy because you could hear everything happening outside and around the room.
If you're looking for a good hotel, this isn't it. 98% of the guests are Indian men who gather in rooms with women of questionable behavior and are incredibly noisy. Plus, the rooms have terrible soundproofing. They also hog the pool from early morning, shouting loudly. So, getting a decent night's sleep or even a nap in this hotel is impossible.
My friend and I stayed two nights in Pattaya, and overall, it was an experience with 'very distinct pros and cons.' It's suitable for budget-conscious travelers who prioritize convenience, but those with high expectations for quality should probably look elsewhere.
First, the location is absolutely fantastic! The hotel is in the heart of South Pattaya, just a few minutes' walk from Pattaya Beach....
Good hotel and good swimming pool and good gym and good service
The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Ocean Princess pier and Pattaya Walking Street, just a ten-minute walk away. The hotel itself is quite unique, with seven or eight buildings surrounding a swimming pool.
The hotel staffs are very welcoming and helpful. I have to say this is a good place for Indians as they have a whole buffet line with Indian food and very good taste. But if you are not up to the Indian food you may find better ones.
