Location is number 1 if you want to be close to the walking street action. You've got a massage shop on your doorstep, two seven elevens downstairs and you are across the street from McDonald's

The hotel is conveniently located near the walking street. I have been stayed there many times and this time when i visited the staff been changed and they are really helpful and accommodating

Decent room off of walking streets. Micky d right in front of u like fast food, massage office right beside the building also. Located is good for the party among.

It’s in a very quiet street but still close to many shops, bars, restaurants, shopping malls, the beach, a shooting range and even a 3d art museum. A great choice, great value for money

Very cozy, slightly old-fashioned hotel with excellent disposal (walking distance from the beach and main shopping centres), friendly personnel. Good breakfasts in the restaurant, clean swimming pool, warm atmosphere

Hi....staying in sabai lodge was an awesome experience nice staff, good rooms, ultimate location. Sabai lodge location on google maps is not correct it is actually located in centre of soi 2 pattaya

Sabai Wing is budget friendly, clean, comfortable and close to everything. Yet it’s far enough off the beach to be relatively quiet

Good, the hotel was fine and location is good, not in the heart, who does not like too much noise. But access to downtown is easy, very convenient, good rooms, good service, clean bathroom, liked everything.

Large open reception area for gathering with friends, nice pool area with very nice poolside rooms. I would gladly stay here again

Nice big room almost got 5 stars from me. But a little things missing. AC is cold but not enought. No hand towels. Free breakfast is ok but not great. Good coffee machine. Almost perfect

Room 3002: the toilet did not flush leaving solid stuff leading the guests to use outside toilet

The pool area made me feel a kind of sad over the lack of charm, but the water was nice and clean like the hotel in general. Breakfast was a good standard with nothing missing and the staff was service minded overall

Well located right on Beach Road and a short walk from the sandy beach, the hotel was well placed for my stay and in a lively area. My room was spacious and clean and had a nice view of the bay from the balcony

Super friendly staff , always welcoming with a big smile and accomodating with early check in if room available. Excellent location with the option to exit hotel onto beach road or second road

Only criticism i have is the towels that had a bad smell and room had a slight sweaty smell. Overall, I Would highly recommend this hotel for its quality and location

The hotel is located in a quiet spot but still close to the action, near Big C, Terminal 21, and the beach. The room was a bit cramped, but it had a balcony, which was great for drying clothes

Even a budget hotel like Home Inn in China wouldn't have this! Poor service: After the room was cleaned, the tissue box was left like this (referring to an image that's not provided but implied to be messy/unacceptable)! Poor service: My own towel, which I hung on the hook, was found on the floor next to the toilet after housekeeping cleaned the room

The staff at the front of the hotel is always friendly and helpful, he assisted with bringing luggage upstairs to the room and even helped us when we left in the taxi

Overall, acceptable for the location, but the value for money could be better

The location is great ! It's just a stone throw to the walking street and the pier to the outer island ! Best of all the hotel is located on the way out to the Jontiem Beach without pass through the traffic jam! Hotel provides a decent breakfast just wish they have a better quality coffee ! Rooftop swimming is a plus it offers some quiet and privacy which is a needed in a busy noisy town like Pattaya...

The rooms are clean, the bedding is comfortable, the beds are cozy, and I really enjoyed the pool; the view is absolutely stunning. The rooms also have large Smart TVs. Shampoo and shower gel are provided

This is my go-to place. While the facilities aren't new, they are impeccably clean and well-maintained. The Wi-Fi is excellent. The location is fantastic, and there are plenty of massage shops in the vicinity.

Good hotel in a convenient location, pool and gym is great but normally no breakfast provided. Walking distance to 7/11 and eatery.

Our stay at Lek Villa was good, it was our second time there!!  We found the hotel located in very good location ( North Pattaya), few steps to the mall and the convenience store is just right across the road, where you can grab anything to eat 24 hours

For less demanding guests, the hotel's location is ideal, but the rooms are, as they say these days, tired. That's not a concern for me, but it's definitely not for those looking for a new hotel

My room didn't have a balcony, and I wouldn't risk opening the plastic windows even if I needed to, as they had a 1cm gap at the top even when closed. The sea is 600-800 meters away, and Terminal 21 is 400 meters away

One day, small red ants migrated through the room. The whole crowd left the place and drowned from the bathroom onto the balcony

The location is great, everything is nearby, easy to get to the center. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. There is a swimming pool, no breakfast, but you can buy everything in the nearby stores

This seemed to be due to limited English skills, not rudeness. Still, their behavior was professional and respectful throughout our stay. The location gets a full 10/10

Cheap but good hotel to stay in Pattaya.

Our preference was for one room with an extra bed, but the hotel went above expectations by providing a spacious room that included an additional small room with a single bed and a sofa—essentially giving us two rooms with a balcony

Additionally, the pool is enough space for people who want to get sunbathing, really suitable to take a vocation with sun and beach! I will visit again!

We were not ready to receive them, despite the fact that the room was booked several months before arrival. They didn't have enough of my passport, so they had to look for a reservation on their phone

Apparently, different people read the mail and receive guests( However, those who read the mail helped me quickly arrange additional flowers in the room on my daughter's birthday upon arrival

A cozy green hotel on the peninsula is almost within walking distance to the city, with an excellent restaurant attached to it. English is very poorly spoken at the reception

My room was 207, there's a big tree outside overlooking the hospital. Downstairs there are beverages and snacks for sale with plenty of seating in the lobby. Soi 6 is a very close walk, as well as Beach Rd

I felt the hotel was very safe and clean, staff was very nice. I switched from the place across the street. Rm 207 was very quiet, no distrubances. It smelled good inside, no smoking 🚭

This is a very conveniently located quiet Hotel with clean rooms and good facilities. Recommended if you want to be close to beach road.

While the hotel is not located in an especially quiet area—there are bars nearby that can create some noise—higher-floor rooms that do not face the street are relatively quiet and recommended for light sleepers

I think overall, it's beautiful, restful, very functional, a healthy 30-minute walk to the beach, etc. Sheets are fresh & clean, security is good, pool & jacuzzi great! I had noodle soup, and it was delicious!

But be prepared for all the sun loungers to be occupied from morning until evening. It turns out Diana Garden isn't just a hotel, but more of a retirement home. It's not a hotel for young people

There are some minor details to point your finger at, but the big picture is that this is a great resort if you are after a quiet place to relax and get tanned by the pool

Everything is geared toward seniors. There's also the option to play golf. There are two 7/11s, a bike rental shop, and the train station nearby

I stayed here for a 2-night holiday. The location is not far from the sea. On the first night, the air conditioner was dripping water, but it was quickly resolved by the staff. I received good service.

Very friendly and good security guy. Very central in 1 or 2 km around the hotel only bars. Breakfast has many options including asian and European. Art Gallery not yet open (see pic) 😅

Breakfast was of very good standard in my opinion with varied choice of hot and cold breakfasts as well as Thai dishes. The egg station is a really good addition as well for pancakes or omelettes

The lift was not functioning well. There was no room service, no bathroom slippers. It was a bit suffocating in the room.

It is located at central Pattaya. Lot of restaurant and 7-11 there. For low budget bag packer, it is a great choice.
