Where to stay with pets in Pattaya

This hotel is not centrally located and does not have any shared public transport. But private transport is easy to organize around the city. Good food options everywhere

Absolutely perfect! It's so comfortable, the view is great, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Plus, it's not far from Big C. A truly excellent place!

The hotel provided a phenomenal meal and the wait staff were very cordial and on top of everythin!!! Everyone had a fantastic time and had full bellies upon leaving for home! Thanks to Pastor Abbi and Pastor Daniel for a memorable evening

Not so long ago, the whole family came on vacation. The rooms are certainly not VIP, but in general it is suitable for basic needs for its price

They were both attentive without being intrusive, making sure everything I needed was taken care of promptly. Their friendliness, professionalism, and efficiency truly elevated the entire dining experience

Very friendly staff, we would like to mention that the staff at the restaurant (at breakfast) was very pleasant, they are always polite, smiling and ready to prompt and help

I had a wonderful experience at the breakfast buffet, and I want to especially appreciate Gift and Pook for their exceptional service

Once I got over that issue though, everything else was great. The location is right by popular party areas and an easy walk to the beach and Walking Street (not that you need to go there more than once)

The rooftop pool is small but nice, and there is a solid gym room too, but I didn't have any time to workout. The breakfast is solid, and there is an omelette bar at the outside patio area by the breakfast lounge

We arrived quite early, so we stored our bags first and went for a massage at the hotel's spa. When we returned, a dedicated staff member helped us with check-in one-on-one and then drove us in a buggy to our building

There's golf cart service for arrivals and departures, and the spa isn't far either. The ambiance is great, and a 2-hour session was only 700 baht! The quality was really high too! So satisfying

In my opinion, this is the best value-for-money hotel in Pattaya. The location is excellent, the room facilities are sufficient, and it's super convenient for dining and entertainment. It's also very close to Terminal 21

The hotel exterior and common areas are very nice and in good condition. Although sufficient, the rooms are dated and in need of upgrades. The breakfast provided with the voucher were slightly less than average

Breakfast for C grade rice, scrambled eggs, ham, sausages, cucumbers, tomatoes, milk and cereal, tea and coffee. Fruits include watermelon and pineapple. The photo shows the view from the balcony

Room was okay however it smelled of toilet Oder. Some of the front desk staff were rude . They only served a breakfast buffet which was lacking in taste and was cold

We stayed in a room on the 8th floor in November 2023. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable. The air conditioner does its job perfectly and is located as it should

Good value, great location. Room was clean and comfortable. Service and cleaning did a good job. Bathroom is a bit old, only wall mounted shower, no shower hose which is annoying if you are tall.

The location is convenient, right next to Beach Road. The room was clean, and the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so the newly renovated rooms will probably be even better! The staff were polite and helpful

The newly renovated rooms are absolutely fantastic, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We barely saw any other Chinese guests during our stay; it seems to be a popular choice among foreigners.

The only thing needs to improved is the carpet, too old , has unpleasant smell, although room service's staff react fast and spayed after I called , it only last a short period. Hope the upgrading will be finished soon

The rooms are very spacious and we were in triple sharing, but still it was a spacious room with a balcony. You can walk down to few places around. Alcazar show was about 10 to 15 mins walk

Hotel can improve more. Location is perfect. Room, toilet and specially corrirode carpets seems worse-dirty, old and smelling. Bathroom is worse. But the hotel location is perfect.

We stayed at this AIYARA GRAND for 2 nights and I would certainly say the rooms were clean, cleaning staff was prompt and daily cleaned our rooms

I didn't like how their bathroom door is designed, you can either leave the toilet or the washing area opened, not very convenient and comfortable if I were to go with the anyone who is not my couple
