To be honest - not a great location. I arrived to check in at 3 - the place was locked up and nobody was around. Yes I understand it’s a budget place but I think you can do better in BKK. Sheets and towels were clean at least.

The accommodation is quite clean, it's a single room just right for one person. There's only one bathroom per floor, but it's clean and has good water pressure. The location is easy to get to, close to Yaowarat Road, and it's convenient to call a taxi. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance. It's a good option!

It was nice we enjoyed our stay! Although we had delays with our flight the hotel was kind enough to help us through after check in hours!

Located on Khao San Road, the location is great. The hostel's overall environment is average, but it offers good value for money. It's a decent option if you're looking to save some cash.

I checked in and only stayed for 30 minutes. I had to book a room at a new hotel. The room provided smelled of mothballs, and as soon as I arrived I started scratching because something in that place gave me an allergic reaction.

I checked in late at night. The staff waited until then to help me check in. Complimentary bottled water was provided.

This place is a bunkbed dorm hostel with a couple of rooms, showers, and toilets shared for all with a bar of sorts on the roof, tight spaces all around. We were glad that we had a room as passing the dorms the stench was significantly unpleasant..

Great place. This was my first experience staying in a hostel and my experience is one for the books. You'll meet new people from all over the world.

This a nice small shop near the main road. I can't speak to the hostel section, but the food is simple and has great flavor. The coffee and Thai tea were ok, but the good is worth a try. I would recommend the chicken and rice or the small breakfast set. The lady that worked there was beyond sweet and friendly. 09/2023

We didn't stay in the hostel, have only experienced the cafe side but we love it! Fast WiFi, good food, good coffee! We enjoyed dinner and also breakfast at the cafe. Waffles with ice cream for my husband's dinner and I got the stir fried chicken with basil and fried egg - both were delicious. The Thai iced tea frappe was also nice - not super sweet. Really nice staff. Super clean rooms/bathrooms and great coffee in the café downstairs. Any complaints about not getting coffee with breakfast are just silly. You get free breakfast of eggs and toast and all of the proper barista coffees are half price in the morning so with the price of the room and free breakfast paying half price if you want a coffee aint much.

Rooms had no windows, people speaks, taking shower whole night and almost hears like next you.

I like everything about this place – it's clean, tidy, and there are four floors to explore. The only downside is there's been no hot water for a week.

For the price I paid 115 baht it was a good night sleep... but the hostel need some improvement... it was clean enough to feel okay sleeping there but the walking to it from Phuket town you will need to cross through a market or something, so at night it not so pretty, but it is totally safe!

Oh well, it's one of my favourite hostel in Phuket town. When I booked and read the review from previous guest I just lower my expectations as possible. But when I get there I found that the staff and the place is not that bad. Especially the receptionist they are helpful, but yeah the other people aside of receptionist most probably won't speak English.

Clean Air Con room. Room 110 is spacious! Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. A short walk to the Bus Station. A few roads away from the Chino/Indy Market Street. The buses start outside and go to all the places that you need to go.

Great value for low price! I came for 2 days, stayed for a week in dorm. Convenient place to take buses to beaches, local market and many food stalls are very close as well as 7Eleven. WiFi is good enough to freelance. Have some fun playing pool, for free ;) Lockers are a bit small, but ok, place is safe and quiet. Luggage room helped me to walk around after check-out, which is 11am.

Such a great hostel. For under 400 baht (12usd) you get a bed with a curtain and free coffee, purified water, and basic breakfast. I turned over the bed to look for bedbugs and there we NONE. This hostel was cleaner than my bougie expensive hotel in Bangkok. Always bring earplugs because you're right next to the craziest street in the world. Small Hostel but located just besides of patong beach and Bangla walking street. Nice and friendly receptionists (Most of them!) . Small dining space but you can enjoy and chit-chat with other people. Nice privacy arrangements and you can find your locker with your bed. By far the nicest hostel I have stayed at in Thailand- clean, modern bathrooms, wide open social space, privacy curtains in the shared dorms, and large lockers able to fit a regular-sized backpack or bag. The staff is friendly and there is even a fridge full of beer for sale in the common areas. It's an excellent place to meet new friends, even in the low season (stayed in early Aug for reference)...

100% the best Cheap hostel. We paid 5€/night got early check in and late check out plus incredibly friendly staff at the front desk. Ac was working and there’s a 7/11 right next to the hostel. Very recommended!

Hygiene and environment are OK

The location is good. It is more expensive than many hostels in the Khaosan area. I wanted to experience the different price ranges. But I found that this one is similar to other 30-yuan hostels. There is no cost-effectiveness at all. There are more European and American guests.

I lived here 4 years ago, but now the owner has changed, breakfast has been cancelled, and the living experience is not as good as before. It is ok for a short stay, and there is a 711 downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping

It is a clean hostel with a very reasonable price. There is a housekeeper cleaning all the time. The receptionists are attentive to customers and treat them like family. The bathroom is clean and separated for men and women. There is a place to hang clothes with hangers and a washing machine. I give it a full score of 100. The transportation is also convenient and comfortable.

Not bad for the price, location very good, cleanness is okay. I just stayed for one night and didn’t really spend much time in the hostel. The receptionist I met there is not very welcoming though. I wouldn’t stay in this hostel again because of her.

Sadly we would not return to this hotel. The nice thing about it was the location to DMK airport - a very easy 15-20 minute walk. When we arrived, there was no one to greet us, just a sign with a WhatsApp number to message. We were able to walk right in, which made us question the security. The sheets were clean, but the bathroom was soaking wet. We live in Asia, so we understand and have a wet room...

Not a bad hostel, clean enough and good lounge spaces. The staff were also very helpful once you found them. The bed however was definitely the loudest bed I’ve ever slept on in 3 months of hostels, I’m talking squeaking moving my HEAD. The location is nice but I’d say only for a long stay, and if you’re interested in anything in central bangkok, I wouldn’t choose here.

The hostel is conveniently located near bts phra khanong station, about 5-7 mins walk. The hostel in itself is very cosy and nice. The owners, the staffs, the guests are all very nice and chilled out. Would definitely recommend checking it out

I had the PCR performed at the partner hospital and then arrived at the quiet and beautiful hostel within an hour of leaving the plane. Clear and frequent communication from the host from pre-arrival until release from quarantine.

My stay at Silsopa Hostel was superb. Excellent location in terms of accessing many important locations of NongKhai. Great and comfortable stay and absolutely value for money. Very friendly staff and aesthetically the Silsopa is one of the place I will reccommend everytime.

Excellent hostel. Hard to find any issues there. Perfect location - 5 minutes to the beach. Clean, comfortable beds, air conditioner, fast WiFi, big lockers, breakfast.

The service is top notch. There is a swimming pool with chlorinated water. In the mornings breakfast consists of toasts with butter and jam, tea, bananas. The beach and the sea are within walking distance. Regular buses do not go past the hostel. Thermos, toasters and microwave oven are available.

Jenny is a great cook. You should try breakfast at the hostel. The prices of the hotel and the cafe are reasonable. Close to the beach if you like to walk. Overall, it was a great experience.

Came here last minute and got 3 rooms. Price was 750 baht per room. Ladies in reception were not very friendly. Rooms were small and basic. Bed was hard and shower had no water pressure. Only good thing was the location which was close to city centre. So ok for the price, but quite a disappointing place and wouldn’t recommend it, unless you’re looking for a very basic place to stay.

A cozy and simple hostel with all the necessary amenities and a friendly host. The breakfast every morning was prepared fresh along with many pastries and fresh fruit and coffee or tea. The laundry service was quick and economical as well. Only a couple blocks away from the Chiang Rai Night Bazaar and a short walk from many other food options. I would certainly stay here again.

Me and my friend went to Bangkok for our trip and stayed in this hotel for five nights. The room was clean, the smell was nice. There are shared toilets and shower rooms and they are clean as well. The location is close to Siam area so you can get there by bike in ten minutes. The subway station is also close to the Hotel.
