Not a bad hotel. The area is very quiet. There's a currency exchange office nearby, which turned out to have the best rate. There's also a laundromat and a large 7.11 store nearby. But there are some downsides. The closet in the bathroom is very strange, as you can't put anything away. There are no shelves near the sink or shower for toiletries. There were also mosquitoes, so I had to buy some.

The hostess greeted us, and everything was fine. It's very budget-friendly. It seems to have everything you need, but it's very budget-friendly. Would I come back again? Probably not. The biggest plus of this hotel is its location—it's absolutely wow! There's a 7/11 nearby, a night market, and Kata Beach is a 10-minute walk away. The beds are comfortable, everything you need is there, and it's very good for the price. The pool is clean and nice.

The views from the upper floors are fantastic, with Doi Suthep to the west. It's also very close to shopping centers, and you can easily stroll to Nimman Road, then do a Citywalk at Chiang Mai University. A taxi to the Old City costs only around 20 yuan, and a walk around the moat is just over 6 kilometers.

Hotel is reasonable. Parking is very limited and kind of annoying. Staff seem to use most of the on site parking. Essentially there is only 6 parking spots. It’s more than likely you have to use the overflow parking beside another hotel down the street. There is no shade covering for this lot.

The room was clean and well equipped for a fair price. What I did not liked was check in which took way too long. The staff was just not friendly. We loved this place for its location and set up. It's quiet and homely. The rooms are clean and huge. The price is absolutely economical. While we were there, the front desk receptionist is very friendly and helpful. All the staff has made our stay very comfortable and welcoming.

The room was okay, but it was incredibly noisy with poor soundproofing. The shower in the bathroom had low water pressure and wasn't warm enough, making for a cold shower. Breakfast had very few options and didn't taste good. However, the location was great, very close to Big C and Banzaan Seafood Market, both within a 10-minute walk.

Its a safe place for solo travellers. Though it is located near Pratunam Market the area is still hard to reach by car especially during busy/traffic hours. So, if you are a solo traveller just book grab bike so it would be easy to go in and out of the area. Best thing about the hotel room is the bathtub hehe. Will go back soon.

Excellent! Very convenient for getting around, especially close to Rajamangala Stadium, so it's perfect for concert-goers. The location is superb, and the hotel surroundings are clean. Another stay at BYD, and this time I opted for the 100-square-meter suite. The spaciousness is perfect for families traveling with children, especially with lots of luggage and the need to wash and dry clothes after a day out at sea. This amount of space definitely meets our needs.

Very nice hotel in a perfect location if you're not looking for a wild nightlife scene. The only downside is the rather limited breakfast. As for the rooftop pool, there's no possibility to order food, not even at lunchtime. In any case, I'd still recommend it.

The hotel is not far from the old town night market, about a 10-minute walk, and right next to the bus terminal, making transportation very convenient. The hotel is clean and cozy. The only minor issue was the air conditioning being a bit noisy. I stayed in both a Superior Room and a Deluxe Room; they were quite similar. Overall, I had a good stay for 3 days.

This hotel is just an eight-minute walk from the old city center. There's no deposit needed, and check-in and checkout are really quick. The design is lovely, too. The only thing I'd suggest improving is the pillows in the room—they're quite high and firm, which makes it hard to get a good night's sleep.

We booked deluxe room with balcony but when checking in the staff gave us room without balcony and with only one small window looking the hallway. Good hotel in Phuket Old Town, we will be back again.

Excellent hotel, perfect for those who love a calm getaway or need a quiet spot after a noisy night in Patong before flying home. It’s right near the airport, and you can easily call a taxi to anywhere. The 7-Eleven is a 10-12 minute walk or just 3 minutes by bike (free from reception). Be prepared that after 7 PM, everything quiets down -it’s a super peaceful area with no one on the streets

Beluga is a beautiful boutique hotel situated right at the end of Lamai beach. Perfect for long dreamy walks on the beach.
