The water in the bathroom drains slowly and isn’t strong, but all the staff are very nice and provide great service.

It's quite a noisy place. You can hear your neighbors incredibly well. If you're unlucky with your neighbors, you won't get a good night's sleep.

Absolutely incredible experience at Baan Talay. The bungalow was beautiful and always clean, the views from the restaurant are breathtaking, and the access to snorkeling and to Aow Leuk Bay was so cool! Good hotel, we spent 4 nights here, the location was great for diving, room was nice and we were able to rent a bike. However, do not do your laundry here because they lost all our clothes which was a pain … We were compensated at least but it doesn’t replace the sentimental value and make up for the lack of clothing for the rest of our trip.

We stayed in pool villa 3 and had a perfect stay. The view from the Villa is stunning and everything about our stay was wonderful. The personel/staff was outstanding friendly, helping wherever they can and very forthcomming. The view from the room is stunning. It is a quiet place with a beach infront, where the snorkling is great (we even saw a turtle!). In 15 minutes you can get to Chalok baan kao bay where you find 7/11, pharmacy, massages, bars, restaurant, etc...

Cheap and affordable, the room is big, there is no increase in the price during the Songkran Festival, the service at the front desk and several Burmese sisters are very good, breakfast is cooked to order, it is not far from the dive shop, and the soundproofing of the room is also great👍🏻.

The hotel itself is in an ok location, there are some restaurants and bars nearby. The staff are helpful and friendly and can book taxis and tours. Wi-Fi is hit and miss, most of the time it’s ok. The shower is hot but not very powerful. The biggest issue with the hotel is the smell throughout. I don’t know what the problem is but it absolutely stinks of faeces and sewerage, to the point where I gagged...
