We stayed in pool villa 3 and had a perfect stay. The view from the Villa is stunning and everything about our stay was wonderful. The beds were super comfy and the outdoor bathrooms were something different. It is possible to walk into the small town to some lovely restaurants, the restaurant at the resort is also good - lots of choice.

The personel/staff was outstanding friendly, helping wherever they can and very forthcomming. The view from the room is stunning. It is a quiet place with a beach infront, where the snorkling is great (we even saw a turtle!). In 15 minutes you can get to Chalok baan kao bay where you find 7/11, pharmacy, massages, bars, restaurant, etc...

Quiet with a gorgeous White Sand beach, but a 5 minute walk away from town. Along the beach are several nice little bars and restaurants. Rooms are clean an spacious. This was a good basic room that is a bit out of the way but nice for the price and fairly close to the main night area and beaches. The beds were tiny but did the job ok. After hours you must walk around to the back which involved walking an extra road down and wasn’t convenient to find at night.

I stayed for a month during covid lockdown in the largest villa. I will never forget those beautiful sunsets from the huge infinity pool (see pic). I had an amazing stay at silver sand hotel. It is confortable, clean and extremely well located. I slept well overthere. We ended up extending twice. Staff is always so helpful and sweet. The clean team were placing water bottles in the fridge and changing the towels everyday. For my stay at Ko Tao I had 5 days a Bungalow at Silver Sands Resort. For 20€ per night for 3 beds the price is totally okay even if you are travelling alone. The beach was less than 100m away from the Bungalow and every night you can visit the fire show at the beach. I liked the stay and slept good even if you are hearing party noise from the beach. All in all I had a nice stay.

The staff are SO nice and welcoming. The rooms are clean, and you can request cleaning daily. The downfalls are that the pool is not as it appears, it's quite disappointing. Stayed in a private room with 4 other friends. Rooms were so spacious and clean with air conditioning and a small balcony. Towels were changed daily which was an added bonus. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. Location is really good as well, close enough to everything but away from the crowds. Thank you for such a nice stay!!

I really don't understand these low reviews. The rooms are spacious and the place is at walking distance from the chaos, but far enough that you can sleep like a baby at night. They changed sheets and towels everyday and the owner helped me with a few phonecalls I needed to make. I'd go back if I had to.

I rented my scooter here during my stay in Koh Tao, and everything went perfectly! The staff were super friendly, the scooter worked great, and the price was really good. I definitely recommend this place if you need an easy and reliable way to get around Koh Tao!

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, quiet and very comfortable – the bed was great, there was a hot shower, and even a kettle for tea, which we really appreciated. Everything felt well taken care of. The host has such a kind and friendly personality, which made us feel very welcome. Very nice place to stay in your trip to Koh Tao, all staff are kind, gentle & helpful. During my stay at Toscana they were remodeling some parts of the Hotel but I have zero comments about that I’m sure the next customers will enjoy it a lot. This place is really close to freedom beach, shark bay & john suwan viewpoint… GOOD SERVICE & COOL STAFF 🙏🏼

Another time at Tanote Bay Family Resort It was my sixth stay in this resort, what remains unchanged is staff - always full of smiles and really helpfull, beatiful beach, nice lonely location, perfect snorkeling, great food in restaurant. On the other hand food and drinks are quite expensive, no room cleaning, bungalow was poor equipped, little bit dirty, but still adequate to price! Would visit again

The family is friendly and supportive. The bay is lovely but croweded. In our case the cleanness was bad. The beds, floor and bathroom were cleaned but not so the dustbin, wardrobe (falling appart and smelling awful, same for the desk), the ceiling must have been covered with mould (now dried but in all shades of grey), ceiling and wall were home to a dosent insect cocoons and last but not least in...

The location and the staff are just excellent….5 stars to Beem, front desk and general all-around everything guy with good English. We loved it here….its not for the city princesses or those that haven’t roughed it a little. Never had hot water…it’s steep everywhere here, beers are a little more money but the diving and snorkeling more than make up for it. Liked it here a lot.
