Very nice hotel just on the beach. We were there outside of the season but the staff worked hard and was extremely service oriented. If there’s one thing I can fault the hotel, it’s the lagging doors to the bathroom. But other from that our stay was perfect!
Super nice balcony with a sunset view, and 2 mins to 7-11 on both sides. Cross the road and you’re on the beach.

We had a very pleasant stay here. It is located right in the town area. The staff is extremely friendly and polite. Do give it a try when you’re visiting Koh Chang 😊

Great hotel, fabulous location, professional and friendly staff. The only reason I gave this hotel a 4* was due to the pool having thousands of insects in. It clearly hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The room we had had an amazing view too!

The hotel has seen better days. Worst thing was the room just smelled like mould. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. Good location but needs serious attention to bring it back to its former glory from pre-COVID. Glass roof with standing water on it (by design - maybe for cooling?) leaking onto the main stairs,… Feels overpriced for its current condition, there are much better places around for that price

Great hotel, good quality breakfast and plenty to choose from, just about a sea view from top floor, rooms clean and well equipped One of the best on the island, good location, awesome staff!

I had a very nice stay here with friendly and efficient staff and a very friendly manager who went out of his way to help me.

The hotel is very clean with a comfortable bed and a lovely shower. The swimming pool on the roof is a nice place to relax with a lovely view. The breakfast is good with a lot of variety which they change from day to to day. The staff are friendly and helpful. All in all we had a really good stay at this hotel and would definitely stay again.
