We stayed here for 1 night.
Centrally located
Short walk from grocery shops, food and beach front.

Hotel rooms are very clean and comfortable.
WiFi is very fast and reliable.
We were allocated a room on the third floor, so we had many steps to climb! This hotel is not for people who struggle with steps, because there is no lift option. Nobody helps you with luggage either.

The café downstairs isn't halaal so we opted to eat our own packed food. There are halaal food kiosks within a short walking distance.

Very good hotel. The accommodation was clean, well-located, and the price was quite competitive, which was a nice touch. The location is perfect for visiting Bangkok. The included breakfast was also quite good.

This was by far the worst accommodation experience I have ever had.

When we returned to our room at around 1:00 AM, we found a rat INSIDE OUR SUITCASE. The rat had chewed our AirPods, touched our personal belongings, and had left droppings all over the room. The entire room was contaminated.

I cannot describe the level of shock, disgust, and stress we experienced. This was not just uncomfortable — it was absolutely horrifying and a serious health hazard.

We were forced to leave the room in the middle of the night and be relocated. Sleeping there was completely impossible. I have traveled extensively and never in my life have I experienced something like this.

An accommodation that allows rats to enter guest rooms and luggage is completely unacceptable, regardless of the country or location. The hygiene standards here are non-existent.

I strongly warn anyone considering staying here: do not book this place. No price, no view, no excuse justifies an experience like this. This accommodation is simply terrible and should not be hosting guests.

We staid 5 nights in October, had a freshly renovated family room, this was good. Beds are comfy. The curtains were a bit mouldy so. When we entered the room the sheetings were used and on the other bed were stained, which was anoying because we were made to wait, as no early checkin possible. So room needed to be serviced again. The daily room service was exceptional. It smelled a bit from the sewer in the bath, seems odor traps are missing.
We found the receptionist exceptionally unfriendly or reserved for a thai and in the end not very helpful.

This was an amazing accommodation!! The best one we stayed at throughout our trip in Thailand! The room was big and very very clean! Everything modern and the service was the sweetest! I can only recommend!

We stayed 2 weeks in this lovely hotel with 2 young children. We had a fantastic stay, in a family room on the second floor so we had a lovely view, especially at sunset. The staff were super friendly and helpful and great with the kids. The hotel itself was in a good location slightly set back from the main roads so nice and quiet and only a 10 minutes walk from both Aonang and Nopparat beaches. We were also only a short walk from The Hilltop restaurant with lovely food and great views. Although there is no pool at the hotel, you are able to walk to the hotel opposite Chada Thai Village hotel and use their facilities for the day for a small fee. The food at Baan Bandalay was amazing, I would recommend the chocolate Acai bowl, we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Perfect place to stay ! Central, clean, spacious.
Big balcony with chair & table.
Tv, fridge in the room. Big bathroom, hot water, pressure. You get plenty space for put your bags, clothes, etc.
Everyday they give you coffee tea & water bottle.
Beautiful lobby, and area in general. Very aesthetic minimalist.
For the price this is very good, we can't hope better, highly recommended

But, be aware for fridge that when you remove the room key of the wall, the fridge go off - not convenient.

No Lift,Toilet need proper take care before check in. Room is good. Location also good.

Nice rooms, thin walls so can hear people . Aircon was strange , although did work . Our appartment wasn’t in the main building so to use restaurant and pool and gym you had to walk to the other building .

great rooms for its value! we paid 3600 baht a night for 4 nights with no breakfast during the new year. rooms were extremely spacious and had the standard necessities except toothbrushes so don’t forget to bring yours!

check in was at apple a day resort which is a short walk away so if youre coming from the airport, select apple a day resort as your destination. there is no lift at capuchin hotel so i can imagine it will be a pain if you are staying on the floors above the second.

wifi was stable but you have to keep logging in to use it on your devices.

we informed reception about the remote control not working and the tv’s volume was stuck on the max. the hairdryer was really weak and could not dry my hair at all. nothing was done unfortunately and we could not use the tv.

otherwise, great location and it’s really nearby to numerous eateries, tourist information kiosks and 7-11.

The room is big with a generous balcony. Great value for money. Comfortable bed. Good wifi. Kind and friendly staff. No lift. Check in and swimming pool are at "Apple A Day Resort" 20 yards away. Parking for cars is available but limited. We had no issues whatsoever. Recommend.
