Amazing stay – Ignore the negative reviews! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I honestly don’t understand any of the negative reviews for this place. Our stay at Krabi Aquamarine Resort was fantastic!
* The Resort: The entire property is beautiful and very well-maintained. (And cleaned every day) The pool area is stunning, clean, and perfect for relaxing.
* The Rooms: Our room was very nice! It was clean and felt very spacious. I also loved the bathtub :)
* Location: It’s very close to the night market, which was super convenient for dinner and shopping.
* Atmosphere: Despite being close to the action, it was quiet at night.
We didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that, but everything else was 10/10.
I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Krabi.

Great location within walking distance of the night market, food and entertainment. Rooms clean but dated. Beds comfy. Overall great location, we have enjoyed but needs some attention to bring up to date. Be aware there is a night club or something near and you can hear it from the room till early hours also the walls are paper thin, I had the pleasure of the room 3 doors down slowly calling though his phone book on loudspeaker at 3am in the morning.

Rooms were nice,clean and specious. It has got swimming pool nicely maintained. Location is too good. It's just behind the Aonang Landmark Beach. Bathrooms also clean, spacious and with Bath tub. Ambience is also good. They had pool side lounger for more comfort and making your stay much enjoyable.

If you're looking for a relaxing quiet place to stay in Krabi this is not the place.

The staff are incredibly rude and I felt very unwelcome here.

Very loud electronic music plays until 3AM in the night, impossible to sleep.

Rooms are outdated, shower located in a bathtub, water pressure is not good. Beds very hard and uncomfortable. I didn't get new water bottles in my room and when I told the staff she wanted 10baht for it..

The pool area is nice but unfortunately during my stay other guests were playing loud music at the pool which ruined the experience.

Breakfast not worth getting up for honestly. Location is close to Night Market which is one of the few positives notes I have about this place.

Considering this price I paid this gets 1 star.

Quite possibly the worst experience in hospitality in nearly 12 months of traveling Asia.

Upon arrival there was no one to be seen. We had to walk around to find someone. When eventually found a staff member to check us in who didn’t greet us or even say hello, in fact the staff member didnt look at us once during check in.
We were then given the wrong room and when we asked for the room we had booked we were told “hotel full”. After a small dispute the staff member miraculously found us the room we had originally booked.

The room:

The beds and pillows are the most uncomfortable we’ve had to sleep on in Asia so far. I think a park bench would be better.
Stained sheets.
Very dated room.
The fridge is unusable, stinks of weed.
Only a latch to lock the front door from the inside.
Bathroom smells at certain times of the day. Need to close the door and turn the fan on.
Some light bulbs not working.
Getting in the shower is like an obstacle course that’s located in then bath.

Wifi: 1/10. Constantly drops out. Each time you close your laptop or leave the room you have to manually log back in on each device every time.
One day the internet stopped working so I reported it to said staff member who didn’t look up from her mobile phone and said, 20 minutes.

Location is good, as long as you don’t mind the music playing each evening until 2:30am.

The cleaners. They are the most helpful and friendly people at the hotel. The cleaners could teach the hotel staff a lesson in hospitality and customer service.
When we checked out not even a goodbye just a nod of the head.
In all the hotel is overpriced and cannot be recommend.

Room was nice but have to agree with the reviews below. The bathrooms are appalling, I needed to hold the shower hose to shower as it was hosing the bathroom instead of the bath.

The air-conditioning breaks middle of the night and I wake up boiling and swetting buckets. I reported it but was not fixed for the next day. I see from the reviews it's already been reported before.

The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly however and they made a nice honeymoon presentation on a last minute request.

I tried to be unbiased and fair with this review but the air con experience really killed it...nobody wants a boiling room to sleep in. I hope the owners of this hotel can learn and adapt from this feedback!

The service wasn’t great - no smile or welcome. The room had bugs and generally felt very basic. Location is nice, but be aware that most of the stuff to do in Ao Nang is on the beach to the south, so you will have a 15-20 minute walk unless you are happy with the shop/restaurant around the corner.

Nearby night market is great and the price of the hotel obviously means that it is never supposed to be luxury.

Highly recommend property for families looking to stay near famous Ao Nang beach & Ao Nang Landmark night market. Lots of activities to do nearby (5-10mins walk). Staff is very helpful in arranging group tours/ private tour for islands, airport pickup/drop. Rooms, washrooms, pool are well kept on this old property.

Room is okay for 2500bht , its a house with two room, first room 2 single bed, another room is queen bed. Have microwave, refrigerator, mini kitchen. Water pressure is strong. Even got a minor late checkup as we were preparing for zhur prayer. Overall this place is serene not noisy.

I went in the mid July that is considered rainy season in Thailand but it was totally worth. It is kind of hidden gem. Room is big and spacious but bathroom is not up to the mark. It is a resort with a large pool. Location is also good very close to night market and beach.
