Upon entering, there was a terrible sewage smell that the hotel staff tried to cover up with a lot of air freshener, but it mainly originated from the bathroom floor drain. For a three-night stay, room cleaning only consisted of changing the trash bag and toilet paper; the bathroom trash can was never emptied. On the third night, the air conditioning broke due to a clogged pipe, rendering it ineffective. Only security personnel were on-site, with no other management available.

We stayed here in January 2026. The room was okay, but extremely noisy. We couldn't fall asleep until after 2 AM. The bar across the street plays music very loudly. I wouldn't recommend it if you plan to get some sleep at night. Breakfast was decent and the staff were polite. However, the noise completely overshadowed all the good things about our stay.

The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful. The room matched the pictures perfectly. The hotel is located on the main road in Ao Nang, making transportation very convenient, and there are many restaurants nearby. The breakfast area doubles as a dining spot in the evening, and the mountain view from there is stunning at night.

slow water pressure at toilet. no iron and lift. almost didnt get the room as the staf said online system was error. the location not suit if u need peace.

Do not stay in this hotel if you plan to sleep before midnight.
The hotel is facing a live music venue and the rooms are basically shaking loud every day, given location and very thin windows. Not an option for early sleepers.
The rest is ok, it's clean and spacious and in a great part of town, everything is close, but I mainly used the hotel to sleep, never used the pool or other facilities, so for me it was a terrible choice, considering I had to wake up early every day.

The hotel definitely needs a renovation; the toilet in my room broke twice. The shampoo dispenser in the shower wasn't working. And of course, the actual room upon check-in didn't match the photos – everything looked much nicer in the pictures. They provided a kettle upon request, and cleaning was done daily. However, the furniture is outdated and the chairs are rusty. In short, they should really consider renovating the hotel. The pool is not bad. Across from the hotel, there's a decent cafe with tasty and inexpensive food, though 'inexpensive' is relative, as it is everywhere. There's also a store nearby where you can pay with an RSHB card.

The noise from outside was really disruptive. The cleaning staff didn't do a thorough job, and the bedsheets weren't changed.
