Quality / Price, not good
The people there are nice though
No water pressure at all impossible to shower and barely any hot water.
The towels of our rooms were not replaced and left to dry outside to re use
We had an awful experience with this place. When booking, they offered us the option to pay an extra 1,000 THB for free cancellation, which we did. However, when we tried to cancel a week before arrival due to a change of plans and better deals elsewhere, they ignored all our attempts to contact them for several days. With no response, we had no choice but to go ahead with the stay.
When we arrived, our reserved room was not available, so they put us in a temporary room for one night, promising to move us the next day. The following day, instead of the correct room, they gave us another one—this time with separate beds, completely different from what we booked. When we asked for a refund, compensation, or even a proper resolution, they flat-out refused and instead started threatening us, saying we could leave immediately but wouldn’t get any refund.
The communication was terrible, the management was chaotic, and their attitude was unprofessional. It felt like they just didn’t care. We were left with two choices: accept the poor treatment or leave and lose all our money. In the end, we decided to leave earlier than planned because the entire experience was unbearable.
Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere!
Another problem is that when you leave the hotel, you need to walk along a road where there is no light at all. There is not a single lantern. It takes about 3-5 minutes to walk to a lighted street. I think that the hotel needs to solve this problem so that there are 2-3 pillars with light. The territory is good, it is about 12 minutes walk to the embankment. To the boats that take you to the rails, no more than 20 minutes. Near the embankment there is a 7-eleven, a night market. I really love Ao Nang, a very cool atmosphere. I walked around the city until 01.00 at night, and walked for 5 minutes with a flashlight to the hotel. No one stole me, everything is safe and very cool 👍
A great place for those who ride a bike. The staff is very friendly
The room was big enough and comfortable but it did not smell good. We weren’t often in the room so it was okay. The shower had not enough water and was cold most times. One time the water did not work at all. It could be fixed though.
The resort is quiet and beautiful. Also good located. Not in the center though.
