Totally confused. When I went in, I was told that I don't sell rooms on this app. We've already lost money. We have always reserved with the trip app. never had a problem Just encountered a problem this time. When I asked, he said he wasn't the seller here. I just denied it and I didn't know. The money probably wouldn't be returned. Can't contact anything.

Hotel was simple. Ample lounge areas. Very comfortable bed. Computer is available for guest to use.

The Air condition was spoilt or faulty and I had to sleep with heat. Instead of hotel saying sorry sincerely and providing service recovery, they did not. Instead, I was provided another room which was less comforting than the previous.

I noticed someone entered the room despite me putting the do not disturb signage or without my permission.

When room changed, the cleaner was too persistent to collect back the key and was uneededly rushy me and I felt my personal space being violated. They could just wait slightly when I went downstairs. In the new room, the remote control was faulty while drinking glass were dirty.

The hotel was so persistent not to let me use the computer which is meant for all guest despite them saying ok upon checking in even though I need to use for just ten minutes.

Furthermore, the hotel was very persistent not to provide me a dummy or alternative room socket key for in-room electricity which without would damage my electronics. As such, I am not able to leave the room when I want or need to.

During my first night, hotel seemed good and nice but subsequently became like many previous hotel experiences in TH.

The room was a bit dirty, hence the many ants, besides, the walls were covered in stains, the lighting and color of the walls were terrible, the room was tiny, the air conditioner did not turn off from the remote control, the bed linen was not changed, there was no hot water, a nightmare, horror, fortunately there are piers nearby and you can easily not see the room for days

Mold on walls The pictures didn't match up at all Dirty bedsheets Bad beds And really weird I'd never recommend anyone to stay here ever People banging the doors in middle of night Seem more like a place you go for demolition Bad bad bad So very 😔 awful Broken furniture in a dangerous balcony

Affordable hostel with helpful staff. Closed during the night after 23h00, it's not a love to style if you're looking for party but it's a good place to rest. You can also book tours at fair prices.

Come here for your tours!!! They won't rip you off. Also best place to get help, the lady was really helpful and did not try to rip you off. We felt great! We bought our trip to Patong beach here, cheap. Next day we come to ask if she can change it to Kata, and did it at no extra cost. Loved the business and the owner.
