Problems started right away: they gave me a bent key that wouldn't even fit in the lock, so I had to go back to reception to ask for another. The second key was also slightly bent, but it still opened the door. Cleaning was done daily, as requested, but for some reason, the foot towels were never changed. The bed linens were clean, but the towels weren't so great: even after washing, they were stained and quickly became unusable. Everything seemed fine for the first two days, but problems with the air conditioner started on the third day: after turning it off with the remote control, it would turn itself on at any time of day or night, making it cold and noisy. It was very difficult to sleep at night, as instead of sleeping, I had to wake up repeatedly and turn it off, only to have it turn back on after a while. I went to reception twice, and they promised to fix it, citing alleged tampering with the remote control settings by the previous tenant. They didn't fix it, and the air conditioner continued to live/live its own life.
