The hotel are so lucky to have Mr Lee looking after the guests at the hotel, his customer service, professionalism and warm hospitality exceptional ! Nice small pool, spacious rooms, 7/11 across the road…20 mins walk to the beach.

Big, spacious room. It was quite clean, but the rooms are old and run-down. The TV didn't work, and the elevator was out of service 6 out of 7 days, so we had to walk up to the 4th floor.

This hotel is terrible the tv was broken safe was broken lift was broken lights broken fridge was broken five floors up no lift I am 63 when I asked the receptionist he said you asked for a high floor I said because you are supposed to have a lift all he said was bad luck the hotel is full go somewhere else and you booked through an agency so you are not getting any money back most days all receptionist does is play games on his phone half the time rooms do not get cleaned for2 to 3 days one day they cleaned the room at19.30 an absolute joke they could not care less once they have your money

Upon check-in, the room had a dirty floor, no pictures on the walls—just screw holes and dirty stains. The air conditioning control panel was pulled out and dangling by a wire. The next day, it completely broke. They promised to send a technician, but no one showed up for 5 days. We had to fix it ourselves. They offered to move us to another room, but it was exactly the same 🤷‍♀️
