ok so the owner this man was perfectly nice but the room happens to be the issue, we were downstairs the bedding was stained and the bathroom was filthy, there was a snail on the wall and dirt everywhere and the mirror was even dirtier, something and i don’t know what was seeping into our room and the floor was also filthy when we got here

Angry and hostile owner - walked in when no one was there. A lady woke the owner when he was sleeping, he was grumpy and clearly didn't want to be there. Felt as if he didn't want to negotiate, so I just left and found somewhere else to stay. Learnt my lesson - never stay at places with 3/5 star reviews

Cheap and decent hotel, family-run, the friendly owner lives there... the room is fine, fan and they provide a towel. I had to check in myself because there was no staff and they didn't answer the phone, luckily I was able to see a key that corresponded to my reserved room... it seems that there was an incident but I don't understand why they don't use WhatsApp which facilitates communication... When you enter everything is very disorganized but the truth is that the room was clean and organized.

The location is good by the bay, the room is big, the bed is clean and the price is cheap!

There could have been much better around this area with same price. The owner is not friendly. Also, not much socket in the room. Old basic one. No elevator and the building is up till 5th. We stayed for one night in a fan room for 360baht.

Simple hostel in the city tourist center. 300 bath for two bedroom with private bathroom. We stayed for longer to explore the city.

Very unpleasant staff, very rude, unpolite. Talk very badly to us with no respect but he may be in his own world, I think he doesn’t understand how bad he is. Rooms are hot, only one socket , bed and fan are noisy, everything looks old but please , just walk around like 3 mn you’ll find plenty of better deal. Don’t make this kind of guys make money they don’t deserve it at all, they just don’t respect us because we re tourist

The place is very simple but the staff is very polite and kind, so for me was enough. You can rent a motorbike daily.
