The hotel staff was generally good, though sometimes their response could have been quicker, and the check-in was strictly at 2 PM, which felt a bit rigid. Additionally, the internet connection was a bit unstable, frequently requiring re-login and having slower speeds.
Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was excellent, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Krabi.
The reception staff had an extremely unprofessional and almost blackmailing attitude instead of being helpful. Simple requests were handled with threats rather than solutions, which made the stay stressful and uncomfortable.
On top of that, the hotel fittings are in very poor condition — outdated, poorly maintained, and nowhere near what you’d expect for the price. Overall, bad service and worse infrastructure. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
