We stayed in this hotel for five nights, and every night slept very well. The hotel is located in a very busy neighbourhood La Fayette, but our room was silent the whole stay, partly because its windows looked into a courtyard (not a super nice view, honestly). The hotel has its own free indoor parking. A few cafes and restaurants nearby (I can recommend a shawarma in Good Food just across the street and the Turkish restaurant Saray over the corner) as well as a couple of supermarkets down the street. The city center and the medina are in 30-minute walking distance. Breakfast is the same every day, but good enough to start a day, although some fruits would be a good addition. The staff is very nice and helpful. I would recommend staying there.

Everything perfect!! Everything was clean, there was a good temperature, the water was hot enough and the staff helped me to get a taxi to the airport!

I recommend this hotel for a short business trip; it's extremely convenient due to its proximity to restaurants and amenities.

The regular cleaning of rooms and the good breakfast options. The owner was also very kind and cute. I liked that it was centrally located too

Good hotel with onsite restaurant / bar close to Palestine transit stop. Due to my travel schedule I was only able to stay one night but the manager was very helpful, allowing me to leave my bags most of the next day, and going out of his way to help me get an affordable taxi to the airport. Great service!

This is an average budget hotel located in the city center. It's convenient to get to the old town. The hotel environment and facilities are average, as is the service. The breakfast is Western-style and tastes okay, but overall it's not as good as those chain budget hotels in China. The price is also relatively high, making it poor value for money.

I forgot my travel adapter last time, but after calling the hotel, I found out they had it safe and I got it when I checked in again – great job! However, the Wi-Fi was still a bit unstable, just like last time.
