The front desk staff, especially the guy, was super nice. He helped me check in early and even found me a room with a beautiful view.

A wonderful hotel. We've stayed here twice already. The main thing I like is the location: it's in the less crowded and quieter Asian part of Istanbul, with a huge number of cafes, coffee shops, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. Public transportation is also well-connected: the pier is right next door, from where you can take a ferry to the European part of the city, where the main sights are located. There's also a metro station nearby. We rented a car. Incidentally, the hotel has parking, and the staff will park it for you; you just have to hand over the key. As for the rooms, there are no complaints here either: they're cleaned regularly, everything is provided, the bed linen was changed several times a week, and they're very clean, with no stains, insects, or anything else. There's a rooftop pool with a stunning view of the Bosphorus and the Sea of Marmara. We'll definitely be back for a third time. I highly recommend it!

Convenient location. Near the metro and the pier. A ferry ride to the European side costs 11 lira. The hotel offers good breakfasts. There's a smoking terrace.

It is incredibly annoying that hotel management outsources parking services to third-party people!
It seems like the minute you drive in, the Valet Parking guys are chasing you to pay almost as high as 10% of the overnight rate just for parking!!! Even though you prefer self-parking, the result remains the same.
This had happened to us during our 3 previous stays.
Breakfast was one of the best until a few months ago, and it is very noticeable that the food quality and variety are declining.
I usually prefer not to write lengthy negative comments, but as a HH Gold Member, I am losing sympathy for this hotel due to the mistreatment of its guests.
Hope hotel management will take care of their guest as well as taking care of third party valet parking people.

Double tree Moda Istanbul is fabulous ! Sea views rooms give incredible views of the sea and the City both ! very clean , staff is super attentive and friendly.
The hotel is in a perfect location for shopping , restaurants , boating , anything tourism!
Would definitley stay here again without a doubt and recommend to anyone travelling to Istanbul.

The hotel is located in front of Bosphorus Strait, and very convenient access to the ferry port and the metro stration. Since I used the Sabiha Gokcen International Airport (SAW), it took about only one hour from the airport to the hotel by using Metro, without worrying about traffic jams. I had easy access to the Old town side by using the ferry.

Horrible Hotel – Worst Vacation Experience
This hotel completely ruined our trip. The staff are incompetent, careless, and treat guests like nobodies. We booked two rooms under the same name to be close together, but they put us on different floors. One of the rooms reeked of chemicals.
At reception, they smile politely but don’t solve any problems. They don’t care that you’re on vacation. The photos online do not match reality. The rooms lacked even the basics — no bathrobes, no toothbrushes. The phone in the room didn’t work, so we had to run downstairs every time.
The worst part: dirty towels with fresh lipstick stains. That is beyond unacceptable. When we complained, no one bothered to listen. It feels like the staff just wait for you to give up and leave.
In all my travels, this is by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. If you want to ruin your vacation, waste your money, and feel completely disrespected — welcome to this so-called “hotel.”

The interior is modern, but service was so- So. Dust everywhere, no towels, all the beds were uncleaned, unless you ask to stay, then the ladie clean only exact bed you choose, people smoking next to Checkinspot, but it was bearable as the doors to emergency entrance was open for fresh air.
Also take room the key with you everywhere as the doors closes you cant get in to the room.
I was lucky and slept in bunk bed on my own, no co-livers in that night.
Also a neverending party noises outside as its busy street. But if youre a party person - would suite good for your needs.
Pretty hard to find entrance, as the street cafes chairs are in front of it.

Stayed here for nearly 2 weeks in every kind of room they have.
Very nice Hostel in middle of Kadiköys Center with a highly recommendable rooftop!
The rooms were really clean and the staff was very nice and courteous!
They also have earplugs for the loud night

Had a great overall experience!
Pro:
- we had a fan although chose a room without ac. This was great, and we didn’t miss the ac (September), although if we opened the window the street was very loud.
- really great location, nice ferry ride to the historical peninsula, easy to reach by public transport
- very good breakfast on the rooftop included in the price
- neighborhood was very nice, active, with many restaurants and shops, very vivid
- all that we needed, at a good price.
However
- the room was really small, only the most necessary equipment and room available. Do not expect a spacious place, but a nice place to stay if you wish for a great price/value deal
Con:
- Do not choose a room without a window (they are tiny, and claustrophobic)

A Cozy hostel with helpful staffs at a good point on Kadikoy, surrounded by lots of bars and Cafe's, close access to Kadikoy market where you can buy fresh groceries and fish.
I stayed at the 6 beds doorman. It was quite a tight room with no AC and furniture.
The bar at the rooftop is an amazing journey.
