It's a very lovely place to feel welcome and at home. It's a simple hotel, but very clean, with a nice common area and terrace. The staff is incredibly nice and welcoming, helping me in every way to have the best experience. They even let me practice yoga in the lobby or on the terrace in the morning and tea was always free to take.

Great hotel. The guy in reception is very kind. Suggest to book here . The deluxe room is fantastic. The service fantastic The breakfast fantastic. Next trip in Cappadocia will be in Hikmet’s House too. They are help to me for renting a car and for any kind of services needed.

Just arrived!
We came from a very long 4 hr trip, (it was meant to be 1 hr) and we were very tired. We were dropped off and the staff member led us to the lobby.
It was surprisingly clean, and so are the rooms! There are free hot drinks and you can buy cold drinks in the freezer :)
Everything is very beautiful and well-taken care of!
There’s a nice view and calm music in the lobby :D

It has a seriously clean and magnificent atmosphere. I definitely recommend you to consider it as the best option when you come to Cappadocia. We took the room with jacuzzi and paid 5000 TL for one day. I think it is definitely worth the money. You should definitely see this place and stay.

I stayed in Hikmet's House while on a riding holiday in Cappadocia. The hotel is clean and comfortable, beautifully designed to reflect its heritage in the stone town. There are some flights of stairs to climb to reach the breakfast room on top. Breakfast was delicious and ample. Coffee, tea and other drinks are available throughout the day in a comfortable terrace room. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is within an easy walk to the center of the busy town, close to many restaurants, cafés and shops. The Red River runs nearby, providing a place for a pleasant riverside stroll.

I had a great experience at Hikmet's house, the room was super clean and tidy, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was a buffet, it was delicious, fresh and with a lot of options. If you're going to Cappadocia it's a great option if you prefer a calm slow going vibe, it's close to all the attractions, but has less touristy vibes than goreme.
