Avlu Tophane in Bursa

A wonderful experience! The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, with a very cozy vibe. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the coffee was truly exceptional — rich, flavorful, and one of the best I’ve had. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great coffee and a comfortable spot to unwind.

Delightful ground floor twin room, spotlessly clean - modern, excellent shower etc en suite. Outside was the cafe, beautifully run by the owner’s charming mother, who gave us breakfast.

2, 8 ve 10 yaşlarındaki üç çocuğumuzla Avlu Tophane'de kaldık ve evimizi bir an olsun aramadık.. Daireler gerçekten çok geniş, çok rahat. Çok zevkli döşenmiş ve her ayrıntı düşünülmüş.. Otelin sahipleri sanki evlerine misafirliğe gelmişiz gibi bizimle ilgilendiler.. Kahvaltısı da gayet güzeldi ama benim en hoşuma giden kısımlarından biri, aşağıda çok güzel kahveleri tatlıları olan bir kafesi olması, giriş çıkışlarda kahve keyfi yapabilmek oldu.. Tekrar Bursa'ya gidecek olduğumuzda tereddüt etmeden tekrar tercih ederim, herşey için teşekkür ederiz 💕

Very welcoming atmosphere by the hosts, which both were very friendly and helpful. We arrived late in the evening, nevertheless they put a lot of effort in helping us to arrange our trip to the airport for the next day. The hotel building has a beautiful historical architecture, with an intimate courtyard where tea, cookies, and breakfast are served. Our room was pleasant, spacious and clean, furnished in modern style.

In one word: perfect. I would even give it 10 stars if possible.
First of all the owner is the most friendly person we have ever met. Also her daughters were very nice. It is a familyhotel and the location is perfect. It is a ottoman house but the rooms are modern decorated.
Parking on the street is free and it is not difficult to find a space. I called 1 hour before checkin for a reservation and luckily a room was available. The daughter even ran outside to welcome me and help me where to park.
It is just 1 minute walk to the bazaar and 1 minute walk to Tophane and 5 minutes to Ulu cami. Everything you want is nearby.
We were 2 adults and 2 children and had the family room. We had the whole floor for ourselves! 1 big living room,1 huge bedroom l, a long hallway. This was great! and the couch was huge!
Everthing, bathroom included, was very clean. The bathroom is also very big and you have all the space you need.
Whenever we needed something it was arranged immediately.

Breakfast was a buffet and good. It is simple and sufficient. A good start for your day. When you want something extra, she will make it for you. Her selfmade bread was also delicious!

It has a small garden with a few tables where there is peace at the middle of the city. The garden is also a place where a few outside visitors can come for a drink and to relax but not one time it was crowded, loud or disturbing. The people that come there are nice citizens of the city, nothing to worry about. We loved the garden and the serenity there.

The hospitality was perfect and we felt like home and at ease. A perfect place to stay in Bursa for a citytrip or even longer. We stayed 3 nights but would have stayed longer if we had time. We will come here again and recommend it to everyone. Thanks for a great stay. Teşekkürler her şey için!

Quite possibly one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The minute you step inside the courtyard, you feel as if you've been transported to a peaceful country villa. The owners are so considerate and treat you like a member of the family, the rooms are spacious and stay cool throughout the day, the wifi is fast, everything that comes out of the kitchen is delicious, and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel is off a quiet street next to one of the most historic sites of the Ottoman Empire as well as next to a small grocery store and major transportation lines. A few steps from the hotel is also one of the best panorama views of the city. I cannot recommend this place enough as the quality and reception that I received here is a reason enough to come back to Bursa and share this gem with everyone I know. I came here in the summer for work but I would love to return in the winter and stay here with some friends for fun. In fact, I plan to only stay here the next time I visit Bursa.

The place is close to the Bursa clock and the popular market, but on a high street. We visited it and it is newly opened. It is dedicated to bed and breakfast. It is small and has a small garden for breakfast. It contains only five rooms of different sizes, intimate, beautiful and nice for a quick visit, but I do not know that there are parking lots because I did not have a car And it has a small coffee shop inside, I loved the place, nice, simple, beautiful, clean, and we were hosted by the owner of the hotel with love and care 💕

Thanks to its modern touch to the historical city, it is one step ahead in terms of providing the newest and most modern service to its customers in terms of being a place where they can spend time with their loved ones in a warmer, more friendly environment.

It offers a modern accommodation experience in the historical Tophane area. Desserts are very, very good.
